06/09/2024: My wife and I have been blown away by the innovative, inspired cuisine of Chef Jérôme Yahia, who in our opinion should have two Michelin stars to his name! Every meal is a culinary adventure from start to finish, filled with pleasure with every mouthful.. He sources the best local ingredients, and creates exciting dishes with great flair. Masterfully combining textures, flavours, and colours that are art as well as food! We’ve had 3 lunches so far and two diners and every plate has been a joy to eat. A feast on the eyes and then the palet. We’ve dined at 1, 2 and 3 star restaurants and both agree his cooking is easily 1 star, and better suited to 2 Michelin stars in our opinion. Often with haute cuisine, if you’re a big eater like me you can feel “less is less” and wish that you just had a bit more! But that’s not the case with him. His portions are as generous as they are delicious. I suffer from life-threatening allergies. So eating out can be very high risk, and in the past, has led to me being rushed to hospital via ambulance because someone dropped the ball or they were complacent/negligent. But right from the moment we arrived, it was clear that Jerome was completely on top of my allergies and the triggers, as were front of house who had evidently been extremely well briefed. Consequently, I was able to sit back and relax and eat safely, with complete confidence that chef and his team, plus front of house had my back. Which has made every meal a far more relaxed experience for me and for my wife than in the past. So if you suffer from food allergies, or intolerance, I can say based on my experience, if you dine here you are in very good hands if you let them know in advance. Personally, I always notify a restaurant or hotel before I dine there of what my allergies are. Because it’s much easier to plan in advance, then have to work around in the middle of a busy service. But that’s just my view.. The staff front of house are all very friendly, warm and extremely professional! It’s a real pleasure to dine with them. They are attentive without being too much, and always on hand keen to help/serve. The sommelier (I regret I haven’t got her name) is not only clearly very passionate about what she does, and extremely knowledgeable. She’s also very warm and engaging, always advising on the best wine to complement a dish, not the most expensive. That said, she has curated a very extensive and impressive wine list which will satisfy anyone’s pallet. So as you can tell, both myself and my wife are big fans, and would recommend anyone to come here and have a gastronomic adventure! As for me we will be back next year and I’m Very much looking forward to dinner tonight..

08/08/2024: Un magnifique écrin de verdure , un complexe hôtelier haut de gamme et un restaurant gastronomique délicieux Les plats sont succulents et les associations de saveurs délicieuses. Un table qui mérite son étoile. Un service irréprochable et attentionné. C’est une parenthèse de bonheurs gustatifs .

26/09/2024: On the map, I found few things that appealed to me. My wife quickly found what she was looking for. My first choice was not available in the evening. We didn't want to offer a side dish without the main course. When I said I just wanted something to drink, I was told that wasn't possible. Two customers - two main courses. So we left the restaurant.

09/09/2024: Eravamo a Arles per la 'Feria di Riz' e, come al solito, abbiamo dato un'occhiata alle recensioni TripAdvisor per pranzare. Tra i tanti locali recensiti abbiamo deciso per questo cafè-restaurant in pieno centro. E abbiamo azzeccato la scelta! Abbiamo mangiato due 'Confit de cuisse de canard' (Confit di coscia d'anatra), due patatine fritte e due insalate miste. Poi 2 dolci: una 'Creme Brulée a la vanille bourbon' e un 'Soufflé yosu avec chantilly'. Bevuto due birre e presi 2 caffè espressi. Tutto davvero ottimo. Spesi euro 44,50. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che ottimo. Se poi ci aggiungiamo la gentilezza e simpatia del cameriere, la caratteristicità del locale e l'aria tipicamente arlesiana che ci si respira, é sicuramente da provare. Vivamente consigliato! Dimenticavo: il bagno è pulitissimo (noi teniamo all'igiene)

04/09/2024: Un espace convivial au centre d'Arles. Terrasse ombragée, le service incluant le déplacement de parasol en fonction du soleil. Service rapide et souriant. Carte réduite mais de qualité. Excellents desserts.

25/09/2024: beaucoup de choix, prix corrects mais amabilité a revoir, pas un sourire…il faut probablement être un habitué pour bénéficier d’attention ! mais côté plus : terrasse sympa et plusieurs plats du jour le midi en semaine

10/09/2024: great restaurant and very nice dish but one of the new brown waitresses, a little dull, was very unpleasant and seemed very rushed so don't leave the pleasure to the customer and the time, she was rude thank you all the same

07/09/2024: L endroit est agréable en face de l étang. Par contre c était assez cher juste pour boire un verre. Nous avons payé 18 euro pour 3 bières !

09/09/2024: Étant de bons clients depuis quelques années et je plus y être aller depuis pas mal de temps, le plaisir de revenir, serveurs très sympas même à l’accueil, plats au delà des plaisirs et des découvertes 👌;-) EXCELLENT !! Bonne cuisson à la demande !!! Quel plaisir de revenir vous voir mais pas de Mr Franck ;-(

18/09/2024: Repas excellent, accueil au top, un service de qualité, une équipe à l'écoute ,attentionné , aux petits soins pour leurs clients comme toujours. Bon moment passé. Soirée très agréable.

06/09/2024: Acceuil et service parfait. Sommelier très professionnel pour les accords plats/vins. Cadre superbe avec vue sur les jardins et étang très bien entretenus. Très vaste terrasse d'été avec tables bien dressées et intimes. Cuisine raffinée. Bon rapport qualité-prix .....Excellent moment pour une détente parfaite.

30/08/2024: Cuisine raffinée avec mets de qualité mais on peut regretter la quasi absence d’accompagnement sur le plat principal. Mon mari qui a bon appétit s’est calé avec du pain ! Nous avons été déçus par l’accord mets-vin et le service du sommelier qui nous a un peu oublié…

04/08/2024: Magnifique spot, une vue panoramique très agréable ! L'accueil est parfait, humour et convivialité de l'équipe. Le poulpe est extraordinaire .... Mon homme à pris le bo bun saumon excellent aussi en suggestion. Nous y retournerons.

28/08/2024: I got €57.50 for 4 Menus, the results were missing the 4 desserts, the 2 toys from the children's menus as well as the mayo, ketchup and salad sauces which for the most part were not free... Limit the hell out because it was almost closing time 🤷🏻‍♂️ Great 👍 I do not recommend this Quick at all!!! Very disappointed!!!😞

01/12/2024: Bonne cuisine raffinée, italienne, méditerranéenne, avec quelques touches d’originalité, service impeccable, ambiance agréable. Le petit plus: le cadre, un village perché ; il faut monter derrière l’église pour le panorama.. une bonne adresse entre Aix et Marseille.
