22/09/2024: What a magnificent place... Finally we arrived there! We found La Perle, a traditional Corsican restaurant, in an absolutely exceptional location.
From the meal to the atmosphere and the kindness of the servers, everything was perfect.
We opted for the trilogy (Corsican veal, Bonifacienne-style eggplant and Corsican soup) then for dessert, a sweet chestnut cake. (Having eaten it in several places I can tell you that it is by far my favorite)
Go there with your eyes closed!
The veal was tender, the eggplant stuffing succulent and the soup was surprising and so good!

02/11/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante a pranzo e abbiamo optato per il menù fisso 30 euro. Certamente non ci si può lamentare per il prezzo, ne' per il servizio. Per quanto riguarda i piatti tipici proposti non siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti e, spiace dirlo, abbiamo trovato di meglio durante la nostra, se pur breve, vacanza in Corsica.

Nous sommes revenus trois ans après notre première visite .
Un endroit où l on se sent bien . On mange très bien , assiette de charcuterie corse et cannellonis au brushiu incroyables , sans oublier les fameux beignets au courgette .
Et la patronne qui nous a offert une myrte ( alcool de myrtille maison ) il y a trois ans a remis ça .

However, the food is just average and, like almost everywhere, overpriced.
Umami salad with too much ginger and raw pak choi is also not really edible and should be used as a salad substitute. CLUB sandwich ok

Delicious large pizza for a good price.
It's worth stopping by here for a tasty pizza and to enjoy the beautiful view.
Parking is available under the restaurant, then up the stairs.
Inside they also have tasty cookies, honey and jam for sale at a good price.

16/10/2024: Double satisfaction... bains de Caldane très agréables en préalable à la dégustation de deux classiques de la cuisine Corse: les tripettes et le civet de sanglier. Excellents assaisonnements pour nos deux plats servis généreusement et présentation qui mets à coup sûr en appétit. Un rouge local adéquat et une visite du chef avant le dessert.
Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

16/09/2024: Hello, we spent 2 nights, our room was spacious, well equipped and a coffee machine available.
The setting is a corner of paradise, the heated swimming pool and the final bouquet, the restaurant and the simply excellent breakfast. Finally, the staff are top notch.

01/08/2024: La location e' senz'altro bella e caratteristica, e i tavoli vista mare favolosi. Il cameriere molto volenteroso e ha cercato di capire le esigenze dei bambini. Purtroppo, i gusti delle pietanze non hanno incontrato i nostri. La pizza, con formaggio e molto origano, non aveva nulla a che fare con la pizza italiana. La zuppa di pesce era un brodino liscio, senza alcuna parte di pesce definito da poter distinguere. Le cozze alla Bonifacio, ricoperte di formaggio e origano, sapevano di pizza. Forse per i locali sapori graditi, per noi no.
31/07/2024: Excellente adresse a Bonifaccio, nous nous sommes regalés. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Le restaurant mériterait une bien meilleure note sur Trip Advisor, loin devant les habituels restaurants pour touristes très moyens et très chers. A ne pas manquer.

13/09/2024: C’était notre seconde fois dans ce restaurant. Rien à dire: aliments de qualité, cuisine simple et avec du goût, un service très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix avec une sublime vue sur la mer. Je recommande !

Surtout apres 14 h possibilité de dejeuner, location de transats face a la mer les pieds dans l eau
Nous y retournerons
