16/05/2026: A truly excellent restaurant! I highly recommend getting a table outside – the setting is magnificent! The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The pizzas are superb, and the meat is cooked in a wood-fired oven. A great place to know about.

05/07/2026: Average experience at this restaurant, overpriced for what it is. My boyfriend ordered the veal rump and it was frankly a disappointment: the plate was practically empty, the piece of meat was bland and completely masked by cheese and breadcrumbs. No vegetables. I ordered the linguine with prawns and my plate was significantly more generous. The portions were clearly inconsistent. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he replied that he had presented the dish to us (which wasn't true) and that was that: the comment wasn't handled professionally, which is a shame.

25/09/2025: Excellent breakfast. The homemade pistachio, raspberry, and white chocolate cake was delicious. Homemade yogurt with honey and dried fruit, fresh orange juice... everything was perfect.

02/11/2025: Fantastic stay in Corsica at Auberge Cannedda! There were two of us in August, and the price was very reasonable for a lovely room with a private bathroom. Easy to find, close to the main road for traveling around Corsica by car. The beach is a 5-minute walk across the road. The location is ideal! We highly recommend this inn, both for its warm welcome and its perfect setting! Thank you again; we were able to fully enjoy the Isle of Beauty and we will definitely be back!

22/05/2026: Stopped by chance and what a pleasant surprise! A warm welcome and excellent food. We ordered a ribeye steak and it was like butter; it's been a long time since we've eaten such tender meat. If you're passing by, stop in, you'll be in for a treat, and the dessert... absolutely divine! Magnificent!

The pasta was overcooked, and there were a few clams swimming in a bland tomato sauce… An extra €0.80 for mayonnaise or ketchup on a €35 ribeye steak is ridiculous… It's a real shame because the setting is beautiful and the service was decent. 06/10/2025: A magnificent setting on one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, a fantastic team and service – we were able to enjoy it just before they closed. The breakfast is very complete and really inexpensive, right on the sand! ☀️🌊 A truly lovely establishment.

05/07/2026: Very bad experience – prices not honored and unacceptable explanations. We spent the day at Playa Baggia and were very disappointed by the complete lack of price transparency. First problem: the Chicken Club Sandwich is listed at €22 on the restaurant menu, as well as online. However, when the bill arrived, we were charged €26 each, which is €8 more for two dishes. When we asked for an explanation, we were told that the price was €26 because it was “real chicken.” This response is simply unacceptable. When a dish is advertised as a Chicken Club Sandwich, the customer is obviously entitled to assume that it is indeed chicken. If the price changes depending on the quality or type of product, this must be clearly indicated on the menu before ordering, and not only revealed at the time of payment. Second problem: the sun loungers were quoted at €35 when we booked a week in advance, but they were ultimately charged at €40 each on arrival, meaning €10 more for two loungers. In total, between the food and the loungers, this represents an €18 difference between the advertised/displayed prices and the prices actually charged. The issue isn't the amount itself, but a matter of principle and compliance with current legislation: a customer must be able to trust the prices displayed on a menu or quoted during a reservation. A different price cannot be applied when the bill arrives without clear prior notification. I've attached photos of the menu, the website, and the receipts so that future customers can see the discrepancies for themselves. A very bad experience; I felt misled about the prices. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.
