07/12/2025: I came to the Caldane Baths to have a nice time with friends, but I was very disappointed by an inappropriate remark from a waiter when I asked for a dish without pork. He told me, "This isn't back home, Morocco, or Algeria," that we're in Corsica, which deeply shocked me. It's important that the staff be made aware of the importance of respecting all customers. That same morning, this same person served us wearing a cap. Even back home, that's unacceptable. When it came time to pay, the owner made a gesture that I greatly appreciated: a handmade soap. Thank you! 🙏

08/07/2025: The servers were rude and solely focused on profit. We ordered a dish that was no longer on the menu. The server offered an alternative without mentioning that it was twice the price. Furthermore, the food was bland and the wine by the glass tasted like gasoline. I do not recommend this place. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily find a better option.

20/01/2026: We ordered chestnut tagliatella (which unfortunately had no taste at all, as it was drowned in cream and parmesan) and a trio of stuffed vegetables (with the sauce surrounding it not being very well cooked). We also ordered two digestifs, which they charged €20—I think it's excessive, not even in Monte Carlo. The total, with a Coke and a carafe of water, was €76. I don't recommend them.

28/09/2025: We stayed in a superior caravan in mid-September. It was very clean and fully equipped, especially in the kitchen area. The location was exceptionally quiet. It was lovely to sit outside under the canopy in the evenings. The only downside to this caravan, in my opinion, was the quality of the beds in the second bedroom. The quality in the "master" bedroom was good. The nearby beach is quiet, but has sharp pebbles. There are many sandy beaches in the area, all within a short drive.

06/11/2025: On the deserted beach: very atmospheric. The service was flexible and generous. The food was fine, but not particularly high-quality.

21/10/2025: An address in an idyllic setting that has unfortunately chosen to give in to the sirens of the "bling bling business" and which can no longer keep up when it's busy. The place is magnificent and the servers friendly, but that doesn't excuse the excessive wait and the feeling of sometimes being (too) taken for a fool. The cocktails, which seem watered down, don't even help to overcome the disappointment of this place, which was once simpler, more authentic.

19/11/2025: A small, unassuming restaurant with delicious food. There's a choice of two courses for starter, main, and dessert, but everything is homemade and very tasty. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

04/01/2026: I don't recommend it. The food was good, but the waiter was awful! There were only two tables occupied, and this pushy waiter tried to charge us for desserts and coffees we hadn't ordered. He was aggressive until the chef arrived. What a shame for this restaurant!

16/11/2024: En couple, nous avons trés bien déjeuné sur la terrasse tout au bord de la mer. Le Burger corse et la pizza à l'huile de truffes étaient délicieux. La pâte à pizza était fine mais très croustillante. La serveuse souriante et rapide. Je recommande ce restaurant que j'avais déjà apprécié en septembre 2023.

17/09/2024: Plats beaucoup trop chers pour une cuisine très simple et fade ( aubergines à la bonifacienne sans goût… idem pour le veau à 25€ avec la polenta ). Dessert profiteroles à 12€! Il ne faut pas exagérer, d’autant que la terrasse extérieure n’a rien d’agréable non plus. Très déçus pour notre dernière soirée de vacances, nous ne reviendrons pas dans ce restaurant; le serveur n’est pas spécialement accueillant non plus…

16/09/2024: Je ne peux pas faire de commentaires sur la nourriture car nous avons voulu y déjeuner jeudi12 septembre à 13h30 et on nous a répondu fort désagréablement que les cuisines étaient fermées depuis 15mn... Changer de métier, Monsieur....

13/11/2025: A restaurant just the way we like them. A simple and warm welcome, a varied menu, and a delicious daily special (Cannelloni with Bruccion cheese); all complemented by a very good Corsican white wine by the glass. I highly recommend it. Bonus: Excellent soundtrack (RnB, Soul, Motown) that's both subtle and effective.

21/11/2025: Don't come expecting an idyllic setting; the food is simply extraordinary. We're not talking about the pizzas, which we didn't try, but the appetizers, main courses, sauces, and desserts—everything was to our liking. The cuisine features authentic ingredients. Thank you to them for these wonderful moments.
