30/08/2024: We come regularly with the children! Value for money is great! Only downside: sometimes the waiting time for the dishes... as soon as there are people there it's a bit of a panic!

14/09/2024: Après la balade jusqu'au château nous avons apprécié cette halte dans votre restaurant personnel très agréable nous avons très bien mangé. La salade périgourdine était copieuse et bonne. Je recommande.
13/09/2024: assiette anchaud, salade crudités/frites 2expressos,deux café liégeois 1/4pécharmant un verre de rosé 58.30E,personnel très sympa, la cuisine est bonne.

18/09/2024: Wir hatten das Menü zur Mittagszeit und waren mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Dem Anschein nach gibt es bei den Vorspeisen und dem Hauptgericht (nach Auskunft der Kellnerin) immer auch ein Hauptgericht sowie eine Vorspeise, die vegetarisch sind.
Diese beiden haben wir dann gewählt: Käse auf Rucola-Salat mit Honig überträufelt sowie eine Art Burger bestehend aus 2 Patties zwischen 2 Blätterteigböden.
Der Service war sehr freundlich, aber doch recht langsam. Auch war das Brot des "Amuse Geule" vom Vortag; das Brot beim Gericht dann aber wieder frisch.
Fazit: Empfehlung + Zeit mitbringen

Goede maar 'zakelijke' bediening. Las er even geen plaats is moet je wachten op het terras...

10/07/2024: Old-fashioned hotel with a welcome that leaves something to be desired.
Unpleasant smells in the corridors of cigarettes etc. And the room had been washed with an oily product on the floors with a very strong smell.. very strange. We also found hair and stubble on our pillows.
27/05/2024: Ideal for a group of 30 hikers with full board (with picnic lunch) wishing to visit the surrounding area (Brantôme, castles, caves, abbeys, etc.) and numerous possible hikes. Friendly welcome, good restaurant and pleasant rooms.

29/08/2024: Nous y avons déjeuné, hier à 3 peronnes... La salade avec un ersatz de foie gras émulsionné n'avait de périgourdine que le nom... à éviter! Le service laborieux nous a demandé pas mal de patience... Nous avons fini par renoncer au dessert. C'est dommage, parce que j'y avait déjeuner plusieurs fois l'an dernier et j'en gardais un bon souvenir... Je n'y retournerai pas... j'ai eu l'impression qu'on s'était un peu moqué de nous...
25/08/2024: On y mange superbement bien je vous conseille le menu a 26€50 déjà avec l assiette périgourdine on est presque rassasié aujourdh ui 2 jeunes personnes très agréables faisaient le service

23/09/2024: 2 week stay in September this year, excellent campsite, very well maintained, very well located, very well maintained swimming pool and 1 heated indoor one, shops and other amenities in the town near the campsite.
Very pleasant staff and available quickly.
Small problem with my car and the hostess pointed me to a mechanic who is very honest and fast.
Pleasant and super quiet campsite, I highly recommend it.

06/08/2024: Cet endroit est parfait pour un repos repas a très petit prix avec des serveuses d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle très professionnelle, un chef cuisinier Hervé et passionné de LEGO. Amateur fond saisie nous nous sommes régalés.
27/06/2024: Sur réservation, nous sommes arrivés à 14 amis. Accueil souriant, chaleureux, cuisine EXCELLENTE servie rapidement. Voilà un restaurant où nous aurons plaisir à retourner. La situation de ce restaurant, juste sur le bord de la Dordogne et de l'arrivée des kayacs ne fera que renchérir le plaisir d'y retourner.

27/08/2024: Cuisine périgourdine Classique mais pas vraiment généreuse, dans un cadre extérieur jardin pas formidable. Prix trop chers.
28/07/2024: Un restaurant qui est resté dans jus depuis plusieurs décennies. Évidemment c'est ce qu'on aime, un endroit sans chichis, simple et authentique.
Une patronne accueillante, un personnel attentionné et gentil.
Question cuisine, des produits du Périgord, du marché travaillaient avec passion.
Une vraie cuisine de bistrot fait maison et généreuse, loin des attrapes bobo qu'on peut trouver un peu partout aujourd'hui.
Je conseille vivement les pieds de cochon farcis au foie gras mais encore la panacotta.
Côté vin, une petite carte; mais efficace, nous avons bu un excellent Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil.
Merci à ses restaurateurs qui se battent pour de vraies valeurs, sans fioritures et qui nous ont apportés un moment de bonheur.
Je conseille fortement.
