14/09/2024: Après la balade jusqu'au château nous avons apprécié cette halte dans votre restaurant personnel très agréable nous avons très bien mangé. La salade périgourdine était copieuse et bonne. Je recommande.

13/09/2024: assiette anchaud, salade crudités/frites 2expressos,deux café liégeois 1/4pécharmant un verre de rosé 58.30E,personnel très sympa, la cuisine est bonne.

18/09/2024: Wir hatten das Menü zur Mittagszeit und waren mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden. Dem Anschein nach gibt es bei den Vorspeisen und dem Hauptgericht (nach Auskunft der Kellnerin) immer auch ein Hauptgericht sowie eine Vorspeise, die vegetarisch sind. Diese beiden haben wir dann gewählt: Käse auf Rucola-Salat mit Honig überträufelt sowie eine Art Burger bestehend aus 2 Patties zwischen 2 Blätterteigböden. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aber doch recht langsam. Auch war das Brot des "Amuse Geule" vom Vortag; das Brot beim Gericht dann aber wieder frisch. Fazit: Empfehlung + Zeit mitbringen (Reservierung empfohlen)

12/09/2024: Leuke bistro waar je een snelle lunch kan eten. Menu voorstel voor en hoofdgerecht of hoofdgerecht en dessert voor €19,90 Goede maar 'zakelijke' bediening. Las er even geen plaats is moet je wachten op het terras...

12/09/2024: Campsite backed by the 1900s theme park, so fireworks included ;-) twice a week. The campsite is large but the pitches are correct. Depending on the places a little are on top of each other. The toilet blocks are OK, a little tight depending on the number of campers; we sometimes wait to take a shower. The swimming pool is very good, open until 8 p.m. which is really nice. Good choice for visiting the region.

17/08/2024: Arriving in Périgueux, we were to be accommodated in an Airbnb apartment whose reservation was canceled by the owner 1 hour before our arrival. Finding ourselves without accommodation for 6, I contacted the Le Saint Pierre hotel and there Oh miracle, I was offered rooms and we go out of our way to find a solution and help us. Saviors! You should know that I had contacted a dozen hotels that were full or too expensive. The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast was plentiful and we were very well received by the 2 owners 😊

16/06/2024: Just an opinion on the reception because we didn't have time to eat there (fortunately given the reviews we read afterwards) my husband called to ask her if it was open, she replied yes.. .we tell her that we are in the center and that we are taking the car to come to her restaurant and when madame tells us that we had not reserved and that she is alone... and we tell her that we are not in a hurry....she takes us to a table while blowing.... So we decided to leave given the atmosphere and the welcome no thank you 😞

09/06/2024: Very nice home. Very good local cuisine. Coffee without accompaniment too expensive. A bit of a wait because the boss is alone and does everything. A good time in this establishment.

11/09/2024: We’ve enjoyed many lunches here over the years holidaying in the region. You don’t need to visit the gardens to enjoy the restaurant. On a wet day it’s perfect for a lunch with a beautiful view and on a sunny day - visit the gardens before or after lunch. Sunny days a meal on the terrace, wet are best indoors with the panoramic windows. The limited menu is all local ingredients - a la maison - think that’s what it means! Anyway, the food is excellent. The staff are fabulous, great fun and very professional. We enjoyed burgers, omelettes & cafe gourmond.

17/08/2024: Déjeuner dans un beau cadre avec des plats bienfaits et un service rapide et efficace. Mise en place de la table rapide avec une chaise enfant mise à disposition pour un enfant de 3 ans.

21/07/2024: I had already told myself that their cuisine was borderline (disgusting snails, poorly cooked and bad taste). But what was my surprise to come across the owner on the road and see him on the verge of deliberately causing a car accident on the highway. After judging that my 130 on the highway was too slow, He decided to put pressure on me by sticking to the back of my car. To finally end up overtaking me on the right and deliberately coming to pile up in front of me before tailing me as I tried to fall back. My 12-year-old daughter screamed, thinking she was going to die. On the highway rest area that followed, I spoke with the driver of the car that you overtook after giving me a fishtail and who also had the fright of his life. You have lost customers. I wish you behave better, you are not alone on the road and you are not exempt from speed limits. The road is not a playground, go show off your misplaced virility elsewhere.

24/08/2024: A éviter, très sale, bouffe sans rapport avec le menu, salade perigourdine, 30 gramme de manchon de canard, du gésier de volaille et pas de canard, tout est sale, les verres, les tables, l'unique WC, ne prend pas les cartes de crédit. Bref à fuir.

23/08/2024: Excellent experience mid August. We arrived late but were greeted with a smile. The service is fast and efficient. Excellent dishes, especially the mussels!

08/07/2024: Un petit arrêt à ce Bar Restaurant pour boire un verre en cette journée chaude, l'endroit est propre, bien entretenu et les serveuses sympathiques. Nous n'y avons pas mangé, peu être le testerais à un prochain passage.

03/07/2024: Très bien. Nous avons attendu qu'une table se libère, et nous ne le regrettons pas, bien au contraire. Tout était parfait. Et je n'oubli surtout pas le dessert... cette pâte sous la tarte aux agrumes, miam, miam... Bonne ambiance, le personnel ainsi que les patrons ne s'ennuient pas ! Courage à vous et continuez comme çà !

25/05/2024: The crepe was good but my god the endless wait!! It's supposed to be a quick stand, I, who work in the shopping center, have an hour's break and I had to devour my crepe and my dessert in 10 minutes! Much too long it's a shame
