28/09/2026: Nestled in the small village of Authon, this guesthouse has everything to please... Peace and quiet, nature, very friendly hosts, and excellent cooks. The rooms and dormitory are very comfortable, with superb bedding. Incredible hikes are also nearby. We highly recommend this little haven of peace. We'll be back.

22/06/2026: An incredible one-night stay with half-board in this gîte during my cycling tour of the Jura mountains. Everything was perfect: the location in the alpine pastures (a real climb!), the huge shower, the shaded terrace, the generous meal, and the breakfast. A wonderful rest after a sporty day. A warm welcome.

25/05/2026: Passing through for one night during the GTJ Gravel race, we stayed in the dormitory. I highly recommend this guesthouse; it has everything you need: comfort, delicious regional dishes, and a fantastic breakfast. The family is truly wonderful.

13/09/2026: During a weekend in Besançon, we discovered this bistronomic restaurant serving dishes with truly original flavors and expertly prepared. So much so that, despite not being particularly fond of sweets, we couldn't resist trying the desserts, which were also quite surprising. The service is attentive, and the setting is chic and refined. A great find in the heart of Besançon.

07/09/2026: An exceptional place that's truly worth the detour! What a wonderful discovery in this tiny village! This inn is a real gem, where everything comes together for a marvelous experience. From the aperitif, with its delicious little madeleines, to the absolutely exceptional dessert, everything was excellent. The cuisine was generous, refined, and authentic, using quality ingredients and, above all, everything homemade. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients, the attention to detail, and especially a genuine passion for their craft. The welcome is just like the food: warm, friendly, and sincere. You simply feel at ease and enjoy chatting with people who clearly love what they do. And as if this delicious meal weren't enough, we were treated to a guided tour of the village's magnificent church to finish. A very thoughtful touch that made the experience even more memorable. An address you'd like to keep secret... but one that so deserves to be known! A huge thank you and congratulations for this wonderful experience. We'll be back with great pleasure! ❤️

24/08/2026: I absolutely love this place! Everything I've tried so far has been delicious: the orange blossom bissap, the dishes, the cakes, the ice cream, the drinks, the teas… everything! I love going there to read or relax with my partner. It's always a lovely experience. The staff is wonderful, always so kind and polite. The place is clean, and there's a wide variety of options, whether you're looking for lunch, an afternoon snack, or just a drink. I really have nothing to complain about; I love going there!

07/09/2026: A wonderful time at Jadis for our wedding. The restaurant/terrace was privately booked for 34 guests plus a DJ. The team at Jadis was fantastic, with Sandra and Thomas at the helm. Thomas in the kitchen – everything was delicious – Sandra was attentive to every detail (decor, food, logistics...) and Julien in the dining room was responsive and attentive. Efficient and friendly. We recommend it 100%!

16/09/2026: A family/working-class restaurant, but very authentic, 'honest', and delicious food... A fixed menu, but we were lucky with the pâté (homemade?) hors d'oeuvres as a starter, the (top-notch) liver as a main course, and a top-notch chocolate mousse (homemade?) as dessert + coffee... With a half-liter of white wine to go with it... 42 euros / 2p, that's something you can only dream of in Belgium! ... Big thanks, Maxime!

28/09/2026: The narrow passage to Vieux Comtois is easy to miss; after passing through a courtyard, a dimly lit door finally opens the door to the region's culinary delights. Upstairs, there's a small dining room with three tables, so almost all the guests head down to the spacious cellar. A mistake, in my opinion, because upstairs you have a view into the kitchen and can observe the work of the owner and chef, who is one and the same. A true original, whose dishes are inspired by the seasons. I had the Boite de Chef: a potato gratin with Morteau sausage and a cheese that's only available from September to April. There was also morel soup and cooked and raw ham on a green salad. Without French, you're at a loss, although the waitress uses photos of the dishes on her smartphone to guide you. To accompany the meal, I enjoyed an excellent Chardonnay from the Jura region, from Maison Gouilland. A truly special place that's definitely worth a visit.

Excellent local cuisine, impeccable service (haha), smiles and laughter galore, a beautiful vaulted cellar with exposed stone walls—I never expected to be so charmed by this little restaurant at the end of a cul-de-sac with its magnificent courtyard (which could certainly use some sprucing up!): a wooden entrance, a stone cellar, a real treat. All for under €20, no reservation required! Highly recommended.
