I particularly enjoyed the meat, which was very good and always tender. The desserts are also delicious. A big thank you to the entire team at Bistro de la Solaure for these wonderful moments!

12/02/2026: This afternoon, I was invited by the director of CIC for lunch—and what a pleasant surprise! Everything was flawless from start to finish. Special mention goes to the warm and attentive welcome, where children are treated just as well as adults. As for the food, the burger was perfectly cooked, with impeccable temperature. I enjoyed a flavorful octopus that instantly transported me to Barcelona, ​​while my host savored a tender and delicious pork spider steak. All this in a chic and refined atmosphere, without being over the top, ideal for enjoying the moment. Wine lovers will definitely be in their element—this is a place worth a visit without hesitation. And to finish, the desserts were simple in appearance… but absolutely wonderful. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend!

People in Valaurie are starting to know about her habits, which include talking behind people's backs. The previous managers cooked ten times better and were a hundred times nicer. Avoid this place.

24/10/2025: The place has a charm of it's own, I highly recommend it! The food was divine, you can feel in every dish that the owner cooks with love. There is a palete of spices in every single dish that goes perfectly with the vegetarian, fish or the meat. Every single choice was unique and equally delicious. The menu is changed every season. We tried the autumn menu (entre+plat is 35 euros, entre+plat+desert is 40 euros). You have around 4 choices for the antipasti and 4 for the main dish, and way more for deserts. Be aware if you are not friends with ginger or coriander. Also, the prices are aligned with the quality of ingredients, so it will definitely not be cheap. We felt the owner behaviour is part of the experience as well. She seemed rude when we booked with them, rushing us to arrive on time as she had an appointment, but we personally found her entertaining. People in the region had more or less the same behaviour, so if you don't take it personally you can enjoy a top lunch experience. PS: menu for kids younger than 12 years old is 18 euros (raviolis and icecream)

27/02/2026: I'm sharing my experience solely for the restaurant. The welcome and service were pleasant. The setting is lovely and the location is excellent. Having lived in Nyons for six years, I've always wanted to try the food at this restaurant… We opted for the €36.80 set menu. The presentation of the dishes could be improved, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my main course…for a menu at this price, I don't understand why we had frozen vegetables! I could tell immediately from the texture and how the green beans were cooked. The lamb was excellent with its delicious sauce. The main courses and starters were very generous portions. But unfortunately, the value for money wasn't there, considering the side dish…the dessert was a delightful surprise. My overall experience was mixed…

18/02/2026: We had dinner last night and the food was truly excellent. The dishes were flavorful and expertly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. However, being in the industry, I had high expectations for the service and was unfortunately disappointed. The presentations seemed very rehearsed, lacking spontaneity and emotion, which made the interaction feel somewhat impersonal. From the outset, there was a lack of communication. I had specified that I didn't want seafood or shellfish, yet my dish was served before I even checked. On that same dish, the biscuit fell into the bowl and completely mixed everything up. It was then swapped with my friend's, even though it was already spoiled, without any alternative being offered. The service was also very slow, with about ten minutes between each course, which disrupted the flow of the meal. We weren't offered any hot drinks after dessert. These are small details, but in an establishment of this caliber, they matter enormously. It's all the more disappointing because the food itself is truly excellent. We'll return nonetheless, hoping for a more harmonious dining experience.

14/02/2026: We recently dined at this Michelin-starred restaurant with high expectations… and from a culinary perspective, they were more than met. The cuisine is simply remarkable: precise, creative, and perfectly executed dishes with balanced flavors and sublimely presented ingredients. Each course was a true gastronomic experience. However, the service unfortunately did not live up to the high standard of the gastronomy. The staff lacked attentiveness and fluidity, and the dining experience did not reflect the high standards one has the right to expect from a Michelin-starred establishment. The same was true for the wine service: the selection seemed interesting and of high quality, but the way it was presented and served clearly lacked professionalism. Few explanations, a haphazard pairing, and a lack of coordination somewhat marred the overall experience. This is all the more regrettable because the cuisine truly deserves praise. With service that matches the quality of its dishes, this establishment could offer an exceptional and complete experience.

02/01/2026: La Fabrique is a must-visit bar in Montélimar. Concerts, open mic nights, themed evenings: there's always something going on, with a great atmosphere. A huge selection of beers to suit all tastes. And a special mention for the sausage—in my opinion, the best in Montélimar—featuring genuine Ardèche specialties that are simple, authentic, and delicious. A friendly team, a lively, warm, and welcoming place. You'll feel right at home.

01/02/2026: A €34 set menu that unfortunately fell short: very dry frog legs, cold vegetables that had been reheated but were still not at the right temperature. We weren't offered the daily specials, unlike other tables. The service was a bit disorganized but friendly. Desserts listed on the website weren't available in the restaurant. The price-quality ratio was poor.
