21/04/2026: The hotel manager was very kind when we made the reservation. However, we were a little disappointed with the quality of the rooms, as there were no power outlets near the headboards and significant soundproofing issues. Breakfast was adequate and can be enjoyed on the terrace if it's warm enough. All of this is enhanced by the ideal location in Buis-les-Baronnies, a beautiful little town.

19/04/2026: We also booked a room at the hotel. Very welcoming. Pleasant rustic style. Clean. Comfortable bedding. Room facing away from the street. Quiet. Lovely view. Close to the town center. Boules court opposite the bar. Breakfast available. Excellent value for money.

28/09/2025: The café in the centre allows locals and tourists to have a drink and a bite to eat (it's the only one open every day), which is a good thing. I understand that after the season they are tired, but a minimum of courtesy would be appreciated.

A huge plus for the waitress, who is absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, and very professional, she makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit in Romans-sur-Isère, where you'll definitely want to return again and again. Well done!

The welcome was warm and friendly; the whole team knows how to make guests feel at ease—what a pleasure! The meal featured quality ingredients, prepared with great care and attention to detail—everything you could want in a traditional inn. The wine pairing was perfect with the dishes! Special mention goes to the warm and attentive welcome, where children are treated just as well as adults. As for the food, the burger was perfectly cooked, with impeccable temperature. I enjoyed a flavorful octopus that instantly transported me to Barcelona, ​​while my host savored a tender and delicious pork spider steak. All this in a chic and refined atmosphere, without being over the top, ideal for enjoying the moment. Wine lovers will definitely be in their element—this is a place worth a visit without hesitation. And to finish, the desserts were simple in appearance… but absolutely wonderful. A truly wonderful experience that I highly recommend!
