Hier wird man fündig: der vegetarische Teller, gestern Herbstteller, hatte Vielfalt, Qualität und viele geschmackliche Nuancen zu bieten. Super, gibt es in deutschen Städten weder besser noch günstiger (16,—). Rotkohl- Walnuss- Salat, Curry-Kichererbsen, …
Der Fischteller ist auch zu empfehlen; der frische Fisch war frisch zubereitet. Im etwas düsteren und nicht überall freundlichen Saillans hatten wir das nicht erwartet!

29/08/2024: Very good atmosphere thanks to the Coverage group! Otherwise in the tapas version: very poorly seated, wooden cutlery, no plate, nothing extra in the tapas: 4 potatoes with a drizzle of mayonnaise €8! And soups that bathe in oil! and we're still waiting for the desserts! We left disenchanted. Too bad when booking, it’s better to recommend the restaurant version!

17/09/2024: Hello, we had dinner there on Saturday evening. From cocktail to dessert, a real treat! The menu is sober. Impeccable service. The restaurant room of the same ilk in a soft and cozy atmosphere. The welcome is smiling and the staff available. Sincerely, an excellent time in this establishment that we recommend with our eyes closed!

18/07/2024: Vraiment une très bonne table, les présentations sont très recherchées et les saveurs explosent en bouche, un régal pour les yeux et les papilles.
Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car le chef détonne un peu, il n'est pas à la hauteur de ce bel établissement (expression, tenue, prestance ...).

Whether it was the starter, the main course or the dessert, everything was perfect!
The rhythm of the meal as well. Not too long a wait but not too fast either.
A big congratulations to the kitchens but also to the waiter who was always there for us and super friendly!
We will come back!

Nous recommandons ce restaurant sans hésitation ! L'accueil est parfait, et le cadre est magnifique. Le repas, simple mais délicieux, s'accompagne d'une ambiance chaleureuse. Mention spéciale au patron, très sympathique et accueillant. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Un lieu à découvrir absolument pour tous les amateurs de bonne cuisine traditionnelle !

A beautiful estate, well maintained with beautiful volumes, both inside and outside.
The decoration is really beautiful and very original.
Very comfortable and quality bedding!
The staff takes great care and from a taste point of view, absolutely nothing to say!
We tried the new truffle menu and it was a real treat!
Clearly a place where we would be delighted to return in the spring to enjoy the outdoors and the swimming pool!
