29/08/2024: we showed up at the entrance 4 people 12:30 p.m. and to our amazement we were beckoned to 15 ml (sign of the cross meaning no more service or not welcome I don't really know) not at all commercial for my part

01/09/2024: We spent one night with our 2 sons in a family room. The room is very large and we slept well. The decoration is a little old but for a one night stopover it's really not important. The restaurant and the service are very good, well done! Beautiful address

25/08/2024: We only had dinner, it was excellent! Very friendly staff, nice terrace, very good food!

24/09/2024: A zoo that allows you to see meerkats and lemurs which are not in all zoos. We witnessed the feeding of pelicans and cormorants as well as an injured stork and the caregiver taught us many very interesting things about these birds. I recommend this zoo which is not subsidized but which contributes to saving endangered animals.

23/09/2024: Magnificent place. The spectacle of birds of prey is extraordinary. A real ballet. Plus the people who take care of it are very interesting and full of humor. A treat. We don't regret our money...the site is also pleasant, calm, perfect for children and adults.

12/09/2024: Quelle agréable surprise, une belle découverte ! Les plats sont très généreux, préparés avec des produits frais et de qualité. Le repas du jour à 19€ (entrée, plat, dessert) est particulièrement raffiné pour un menu à ce prix. Les saveurs sont exquises, tout donne envie, et les portions sont vraiment copieuses. Le service est au top, avec un personnel très sympathique et rapide. Une excellente adresse à recommander !"

Dessert side: very good waffles, ice cream sundaes, and traditional desserts served in restaurants. The room is not very big so remember to book at the end of the week. In summer, outside terrace.

27/08/2024: My essential break during any visit to Dieulefit! Hot chocolate is simply delicious and systematically enhanced with some equally chocolatey surprises. In summer, I opt for homemade ice cream. The interior and exterior setting is very comfortable and rather exotic. Stopping here with a book is a guarantee of traveling without completely moving. Please note that you should not come in a hurry. It’s a place to take your time, savor, and chat with the very friendly and welcoming staff.

16/08/2024: Delicious hit chocolate and ice cream served in a wonderful environment- I love this place! Comfy chairs and a fountain playing in the covered courtyard.

11/09/2024: Un accueil chaleureux, des plats gourmands et généreux, tout ça dans dans un cadre sympathique. Ce serait dommage de ne pas s’y arrêter. Conseil des patrons sur les vins qui accompagneront vos plats et tout et frais et local! Petit conseil, pensez à réserver car les tables se remplissent vite. Si vous avez l’occasion de discuter un peu avec les patrons, ils vous conseillerons également des activités à faire. J’y reviendrai les yeux fermer.

11/09/2024: My husband, my daughter and I had a great time. Top daily menu. The Saint Marcellin ravioli gratins are so good! Truly delicious gourmet coffee! And the chocolate ravioli dessert is really delicious and original. Friendly and warm atmosphere. We made friends with the boss and his wife who even offered us limoncello! Server also very friendly. We will come back.

09/09/2024: Dishes as good as ever, good presentation of the plates and you can feel the passion of the owner!! Super nice corner, with the possibility of eating on the terrace or indoors (for those who are more cautious) Very good server on top of that, everything comes out quickly, nothing hangs around, while remaining attentive and in the vibe of the service, just like the boss he loves his job, in short, go there with your eyes closed! 13/09/2024: Arriving by chance to take a break on the road, we were turned away from two restaurants, before being very warmly welcomed in this restaurant even though it was full. We had a great time and all the staff took great care of us. We highly recommend this restaurant and hope to be able to return soon!

We enjoyed the appetizer and dessert, we who are used to salting and peppering all our dishes, nothing there....everything was perfect! The dishes are beautiful and have lots of flavors, everything is fresh and homemade, really congratulations to the chef and his team. We will come back with pleasure! WELL DONE

04/08/2024: We had something to eat when we booked an overnight stay nearby on our way to Spain. Just an average restaurant along a somewhat devoid of atmosphere. But the staff is very friendly and it was pleasantly busy. We ate on the terrace.

01/09/2024: Très bel établissement dans une belle demeure bourgeoise, décoration raffinée, accueil chaleureux par le « Maître des Lieux « Service impeccable Belle entrée «nid homard cabillaud « parfait Plats : filets de rougets (trop salé : dommage) accompagnement un peu léger mais très bon Desserts : parfait tout chocolat très savoureux Dessert à la pogne goût de la pogne moyen dommage pour Romans Globalement une belle soirée (un peu cher)

15/08/2024: Au milieu d’un long trajet sur l’autoroute nous consultons l’application Michelin qui donne le nom de ce restaurant. Nous sommes le 15 août ! À 11h30. Nous appelons et c’est le chef qui nous répond pour nous dire qu’il y a encore une table pour nous. Nous arrivons dans un endroit décalé : une ancienne maison de maître dans un quartier résidentiel dont le rez a été transformé en Restaurant. Le même chef nous accueille dans cet endroit à la décoration moderne mais douce. Et la suite nous transporte : un menu incroyable avec des saveurs authentiques et un art culinaire de haut niveau, servi dextrement par le Chef lui-même ! Il fait tout et très bien ! Nous avons juste passé un instant suspendu et magique. J’espère que nous pourrons y repasser un jour si le hasard nous y guide à nouveau. Bravo Monsieur Christoffel et bravo à votre équipe car même si nous n’avons vu que vous, autant d’excellence ne peut être le fait d’un seul homme 🤣
