14/08/2024: Bonjour. Je suis venue pourtant plusieurs fois et j'y ai toujours passé un bon moment, mais là je suis déçu, obliger les clients à choisir que 2 modes de cuisson pour la viande, je trouve ça abusait . J'aurais préféré que l'on me conseille plutôt que l'on me l'impose.

A value for money that I haven't found anywhere, a menu that changes every month, menu not overloaded, originality, quality, .... The restaurant you have to frequent. 15/10/2024: Aangetrokken door de fijne kaart met toch wel iconische Pave Rossini en de leuke prijsverhouding, zijn we dit huiselijk ingerichte restaurant binnengestapt. Een tijdcapsule van kitch en gezelligheid. We mochten ons zowel aan het beste als het slechtste verwachten; Spannend. De kok ,Dominique kwam meteen polsen naar onze keuze: Sander en sint jakobsschelpen. We namen een aperitiefje en hoorden ondertussen activiteit in de keuken. Het eten kwam er inderdaad redelijk vlug aan; De presentatie was prachtig en alles was zoals beschreven op de kaart. Alles warm en overheerlijk. Na het eten nog uitleg van de kok die eigenlijk slager is; Hier komen we zeker terug om vlees te eten; De patronne was ook heel behulpzaam en charmant.

05/12/2024: Nice overnight hotel near the highway. Beautiful room and delicious breakfast. Restaurant closed on weekends, the friendly receptionist offered to order pizza. Enjoyed a freshly tapped beer while waiting!

04/11/2024: Very welcoming, very friendly and nice staff. Quiet location, located 7 minutes from the city center of Valence. Hotel with attached restaurant with the possibility of having breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots of parking. 2 charging stations for electric cars. Very nice clean and comfortable room, possibility to make coffee, TV, double windows to isolate external noise. Very satisfied with my 2 night stay. I'll be back.

11/09/2024: Un accueil chaleureux, des plats gourmands et généreux, tout ça dans dans un cadre sympathique. Ce serait dommage de ne pas s’y arrêter. Conseil des patrons sur les vins qui accompagneront vos plats et tout et frais et local! Petit conseil, pensez à réserver car les tables se remplissent vite. Si vous avez l’occasion de discuter un peu avec les patrons, ils vous conseillerons également des activités à faire. J’y reviendrai les yeux fermer.

There is a choice of interior with air conditioning, very popular in these hot weather, as well as a terrace for those who prefer... The couple, who recently took over the place, are both passionate and very helpful and attentive to their customers. The plates are delicious and generous. You will feel like at home, or better, like staying with friends...! If you pass through Montélimar, don't miss the Aubergine! You will have a deliciously delicious time there!

A magnificent discovery, a lovely shaded setting, a very pleasant and friendly welcome, excellent cuisine with fresh produce, home cooking with lots of love, careful presentation, a feast for the eyes and the taste buds are more than titillated. We will return from our village in Drôme des Collines, in order to taste other treats. Daily formula from 17.50 euros. Thank you very much to the whole team.
