14/03/2026: A place out of time. A truly wonderful discovery. From appetizer to dessert, the dishes were adapted to my intolerance. It's the first time I've been able to indulge myself without a second thought. The presentation was impeccable, the taste exquisite, and the staff incredibly attentive. A huge thank you again for giving me the opportunity to enjoy a truly memorable meal.

08/03/2026: Once again, a true delight. We returned last night, and once again everything was perfect. Regarding the service, I can assure you that we are always warmly welcomed and pampered, and for that, I thank you; the friendly atmosphere is very pleasant. The decor is chic and stylish. The menu changes every two months, which we find perfect (beautifully presented, delicious, a delight for the taste buds). Thank you for everything, and see you soon. Mr. Taste and Mrs. Cute.

19/12/2025: We came for lunch somewhat by chance before catching the Cévennes steam train. The waiter, although working alone, was pleasant and efficient. We were able to eat our main course and dessert in under an hour! The galettes and crêpes are delicious and generously portioned, made with quality local ingredients. As for drinks, in addition to the usual beers and ciders, they offer some nice non-alcoholic options such as the very enjoyable kombucha! You can go there without hesitation!

02/12/2025: I came here twice in July and I have been meaning to leave a review because as a solo diner you experience can differ greatly but this was such a lovely one both times. I feel so bad that I don't know the waiter's name but he could not have been more accommodating and the food was really good, not pretentious, just good ingredients cooked well (the best way in my opinion). I wanted to return a third time but sadly time was against me, but on my next visit to Nimes I will be back for sure! Merci Beaucoup!
