12/01/2026: What a night Saturday, January 10, 2026 was! Pure bliss!! Starting with the excellent meal and a top-notch show. At midnight, everyone went outside for fireworks, snow, champagne, crepes, mulled wine, and other wonderful surprises, not to mention the flash mob and the traditional onion soup during the dance party. And let's not forget the amazing staff—they were absolutely fantastic! Don't hesitate, it's a must-do.

16/09/2025: Another beautiful old village in the Rhône region. It feels like time has stood still. You can simply sit down in a charming street, and everyone is happy to see you. The menu features simple dishes prepared with love; it was delicious. A charming woman walked by herself, which was perfect.

The dishes are generous and excellent.

23/06/2025: Had a nice meal on the terrace among the French. There was a DJ playing music, probably because it was the weekend. The food was good, the service could have been faster. Not expensive.

The location is magnificent, perched high in the Cévennes mountains.
The cuisine is original, authentic, and incredibly delicious. The service is attentive, discreet, and friendly… the entire menu is crafted with high-quality local ingredients! In short, a place that will leave a lasting impression and be enjoyed without restraint!

A warm welcome and a pleasant atmosphere… Café Ernest is a sure bet in Uzès that we recommend without hesitation! Thank you ☺️
03/12/2025: Damien is very friendly. The food he serves is typical of a French brasserie. The service is quick. I go there often; even at the Uzès market, he always manages to find us a table.
