I really don't understand the previous negative reviews. People really don't know how to appreciate good things. Thank you, and keep it up. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

10/11/2025: Total disappointment! We came back without realizing that La Saladelle had probably changed owners—what a disaster! Where did the fireplace and wood-fired oven go? -Long wait even though there were only about fifteen of us -Ordered rare and medium-rare rib-eye steaks, but they were overcooked on the plate, one wasn't even pink -Bad fries, like cardboard -Limited wine selection, only the most expensive bottles still in stock -There were three of us, and we ordered three ice cream sundaes. They arrived one after the other, so the last person got theirs while the first person had already finished theirs -No more water, you have to ask for it -Music (speaker) too loud -And of course, cash payment because the credit card machine was broken!! lol In short, you can't just wing it in the restaurant business. We miss the old team, and we won't be back!

02/11/2025: We came on a Saturday night for the gypsy night. We waited over an hour and a half for our food. (Supposedly because only one of the two stoves was working that evening, but judging by the number of comments complaining about very slow service... I doubt the veracity of this "excuse.") Furthermore, what I was served instead of a "ribeye steak" was a simple sirloin steak that was extremely salty. A huge disappointment. There's nothing worse than ruining one of your only evenings out without the children because of a terrible restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

02/02/2026: We only visited this restaurant, and we'd advise against it! My prawns were full of sand, and my partner wanted rare, but they arrived well-done! Plus, they were unavailable on the menu Saturday night! There was no heating; I ate in my down jacket! For a supposedly "upscale" restaurant, the meal was very mediocre, and the place was freezing cold despite the central fireplace. This will be my last experience at this restaurant!

31/01/2026: A superb little hotel, well located, with a very warm welcome. We had a wonderful dinner by a beautiful fireplace – a real treat! Thank you for keeping these wonderful little corners of the countryside alive, well done!

06/09/2025: Nice restaurant, very pleasant waiter, prices of the suggestions displayed but not at the level of the pizzas. Excellent meal, my compliments to the chef... Small aside: it would be good to put a trash can outside to remove cigarette butts and pieces of glass.

02/10/2024: We chose the menu…. A disaster. Brioche not great starving and cold filling, main course: the fish was not salty the risotto was not cooked and without salt too, the dessert looked like a failed chocolate mousse, we looked in vain for the crunch of the crumble and the hot cold contrast announcement. The lady in charge of the room kindly offered us 2 glasses of wine to compensate for the mediocrity of the dishes. I hope for the restaurant that it was an evening without, but we will not return there. I'm not in the habit of leaving bad comments but given the tasteless nature of the meal from start to finish...

01/02/2026: I came to this hotel for a big event with lot of people. The team was very nice and very organized and I told them that they were very special during my stay. It was a very busy weekend for them and they made it. The woman at the reception was everywhere non stop and very nice with me. I liked the place. The room was small with small beds but it was okay for what I needed. I read a lot of negative comments but for me it was fine. I understand some frustrations from some customers about a 4 stars hotel but for me I enjoyed the stay and the team. Thank you everyone. I am not sure why I cannot put January instead of February on this review but I went there in January

22/11/2025: I love this bistro/restaurant/bodega! Le Onze is very friendly, perfect for a great time. Being able to sing karaoke in the bar in the evening makes the atmosphere truly fantastic and festive. A great place not to be missed!

07/09/2025: Avoid this place. The owner bows easily when he's in front of you, but behind you... He doesn't know how to mess around with his customers. The new waitress, we won't talk about her, asks the customer the price of a jet 27. And when you order two jets, depending on who pays, it's not the same price. It's all up to the customer.

02/02/2026: Beautiful decor, clean, friendly, and welcoming staff. The food is very good and very well prepared; I highly recommend it.

26/01/2026: Disgusting restaurant! During my meal, a rat scurried past me. There was mouse droppings everywhere in the dining room. Avoid at all costs!

24/11/2025: We were a group who booked several rooms this weekend, and unfortunately, all the rooms had no heating, and the air conditioning blew cold air. We were cold all night, even with a blanket. One room didn't have a blanket, and another didn't have toilet paper. Parking was available, and the breakfast was adequate.

11/11/2025: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It remains unsanitary, with bedbugs, moldy showers, and dirty bed linens and toilets. It's unworthy of an establishment that welcomes the public.

10/08/2025: A very nice stop on our way to Lozère. Warm and impeccable service with a welcome from the owner. Delicious food, 21 euro menu with starter/main course/dessert + a quarter of wine. Their homemade fries are to die for (a Belgian says so). Very pleasant terrace to escape the heatwave. In short, highly recommended, we will return with great pleasure.

21/09/2024: Credit card at €25 minimum and minimalist digestive quantity!

20/09/2024: Placement without difficulty, after asking, for an aperitif with tapas. After a bit of a long wait before taking our order. The glasses arrived with two errors (drinks and note swapped with another order) then after the waiter called back, put down our glasses without telling us which one was for whom! Had to remind them to make sure it wasn't for other customers. Then, we waited a while longer for our tapas which didn't arrive, until we asked our waiter, surprised to see that we were waiting for something! And of course it was missing, which was the excuse for saying it wasn't ready... When paying, with the error on the bill, the waiter scrambled to give us the total of the uncorrected bill + our tapas which made an even higher bill than normal and when he saw that I seemed surprised, he apologized, then he did it again with the correction. So, in conclusion the cocktails were ok as well as the tapas parties but the service was not up to par with this waiter. Lack of organization of the entire service noted. Damage !
