Too much waiting time at the 2 small elevators which are insufficient in number and size given the number of rooms.
The breakfast buffet and the evening meal buffet are of poor quality considering the price.
Friendly staff.

15/09/2024: We celebrated our wedding there, the upper floor was privatized, everything was absolutely perfect 👌we agreed on a personalized menu which exceeded all our expectations, the aperitif and drinks everything was as we had hoped and better Again ! Each dish was surprising and succulent. The service as always attentive. If we could put a 6th star we would do it to thank all the staff in Europe without exception, this day would not have been so perfect in our eyes without you

21/09/2024: Excellent quality, I had lunch of tomato brunoise with fresh cheese and arugula pesto, and beef fillet, shallot sauce with red port and large homemade fries, truly an exceptional meal, excellent 👌
16/09/2024: Impeccable welcome and service, a young, dynamic and smiling team.
Very good cuisine with perfect presentation.
The desserts are very beautiful but lack flavor such as chocolate or cake bases.
Overall a good experience which could be improved by the pastry chef

03/11/2024: We ate very, very well. The dishes are good, even very good and plentiful. Indeed, the waiters are not the type to walk around or pat you on the back, but they are correct and we were well served. The value for money is good.
03/11/2024: We came yesterday late afternoon for a drink and this Sunday lunchtime to eat, fast and impeccable service, very good dish and dessert, I recommend :)

09/09/2024: Very warm welcome, to begin with the person at the counter dares to say strongly I hope they haven't come to eat.
Secondly, after half an hour of waiting when we asked this same person to order, this nice gentleman replied: you are not alone, eh.
My advice is not to go to this place and move on.
I think this gentleman has not understood that if he can live it is thanks to his customers.
Looking forward to never seeing you again.
03/08/2024: This workers are very rude with us . 8 of us 4 Adults and 4 kids went for dinner and we were not welcomed and rushed our order. We asked how many people can eat one pizza since he did not help is with the order and we were told 1 per person and we ordered 8 pizzas and when we got the order it was 8 pizzas 14” and i asked him do u really think this 4 years old going to eat this large pizza and he said yes, if he does not eat take it home. This bold guy who works there never respected .

There were 3 of us. It's not possible to sit indoors despite free tables... but, you understand, if I have a group arriving...
So not a great welcome because you are not considered. Waiter with a smile and friendly but hey… only reheated: fries like croque and chicken… no taste… huge value for money in the wrong way… no rush for the bill either… very very bad experience

18/08/2024: Very very dirty hotel, flee this hotel already just in between the smell is unbearable never anyone at reception, the rooms are not at all like in the photos in our room the smell was to vomit it was very very dirty the sheets when we arrived were not changed there were stains, the bathroom towels also the stay in this hotel was horrible even to sleep we had difficulty with this unbearable smell in addition to this they did not want us refund for one night because we wanted to leave so much that there is no hygiene, lousy stay, I advise against it.
11/06/2024: Practically a building adapted for guest houses. Small rooms with a blind bathroom created from a recess in the room. In practice it is good for unpretentious young people and very adaptable adults. The view from the 4th floor and the proximity to the sanctuary entrance makes the difference. Not good for XL people and for more than 2 days. Not even if you are allergic because it is full of carpet. Managed by Indo-Asian operators, therefore with their standards of beauty and cleanliness. No breakfast and difficult to find if you are lactointolerant.

18/08/2024: Les plats sont corrects, mais il manque une certaine rigueur globale, pizza servie pas avec les mêmes ingrédients que sur la carte, les Spritz complètement ratés… et nous n’avons pas eu l’impression que nos remarques étaient bien prises en considération…dommage !

20/08/2024: I took a "crepe" which unfortunately had a very strong burnt aftertaste.
