10/08/2026: A bar with nice decor, the food selection is quite limited, the service nonexistent, in short, I don't recommend it (I feel sorry for the neighbors, it's noisy!).

17/07/2026: Terrible experience! Drunk customers making obscene gestures towards us, an infernal noise making it difficult to hear anything, and people barely lucid and practically dead drunk after 10 p.m. I feel sorry for the neighbors who have to endure all this disturbance every day.

10/07/2026: Post-civil ceremony event, June 24, 2026, in the middle of a heatwave We organized a lunch with our families/witnesses after our civil wedding at Brazza, and everything was perfect! A huge thank you to Alexandre and his entire team for their warm welcome, flexibility, service, and good humor. They were able to accommodate us despite some dietary restrictions, an exceptional heatwave, and last-minute changes. It was 45 degrees Celsius that day, but despite the heat, they were able to offer us a menu adapted to the weather at the last minute and kept smiling until the very end, despite the numerous trips back and forth between the bar and the terrace. All our guests appreciated the quality of the food and drinks, and especially the helpfulness of the staff! An absolutely fantastic team, dedicated to its customers in all circumstances. We were already customers, but this event only strengthened our loyalty to Brazza. I recommend it 100%! A thousand thanks for everything and for making this day exceptional!

06/07/2026: Great food at very reasonable prices and a lovely team to take care of you. Big terrace in the summer too so you can eat outside in the sun or shade. Highly recommend.

03/08/2026: I was very disappointed by the service I received. When I asked to use the restroom, the waitress asked me if I was ordering anything. I honestly replied that I wasn't. She then told me, in a rather unwelcoming tone, to read the sign right in front of me stating that the restrooms were reserved for customers. I completely understand that an establishment might reserve its restrooms for its customers. However, the way this was said to me lacked courtesy and consideration. I simply replied, "No thanks, that's fine," and left. What's a shame is that I used to come here occasionally for a drink. After this reception and this refusal, I have absolutely no desire to go back. Rules are one thing, but the way people are treated is quite another. Just a few meters away, a small Asian restaurant greeted me with a smile and very kindly opened its doors to allow me to use the restroom, without any discussion or negotiation. This difference in attitude speaks volumes about their sense of hospitality and service. Unfortunately, that's what I'll remember most about this experience.

19/06/2026: Another great time spent at the Brasserie de l'Hôtel de Ville. Excellent food. Alex, the owner, is always smiling and welcoming. You feel right at home... I highly recommend it!

We came to watch the matches, and despite the excitement surrounding the French team, they took the initiative to also show the Senegal match on another television, knowing that it was the one I was most interested in 🤩. It wasn't an obligation, but this gesture demonstrates a true sense of service and business acumen, as well as genuine care for their customers. Thank you again for your availability, friendliness, and professionalism. We will definitely be back!

30/06/2026: Dinner at this restaurant, which held great promise for a business dinner. The food was good, but disappointment came when we were served. We were told we'd be having beef, but unfortunately, we were served chicken instead… a set menu for everyone. The presentation and taste were lovely, but unfortunately, the dish wasn't very hot, and even though it was a large table, the portions were a bit small. Another downside was the service; we were served coffee without sugar or a spoon. The setting is pleasant, as is the outdoor terrace. The decor is trendy.

26/05/2026: How can I express our disappointment? On Monday, May 25th, we received confirmation of our reservation around 5:00 PM, stating that we were expected at 8:30 PM. What a nasty surprise to arrive at Café Émile and find it closed. I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending this establishment. And they offered no apology whatsoever.

15/08/2026: I rarely leave bad reviews, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. I arrived politely and politely, asking the manager if I could use the restroom after eating an ice cream nearby. He refused me access to the restroom in a very unpleasant and aggressive tone unless I bought something. Beyond this response, it was the manager's attitude that truly made me feel uncomfortable. I will definitely never spend my money there again. And, like recent reviews, I strongly advise against going to this establishment.

29/07/2026: Superb traditional brasserie in the heart of La Défense. Excellent cuisine and a wonderful welcome from the owner, Laurence, and her team! The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. Well done! Highly recommended!

29/07/2026: I felt unwell after having lunch at this restaurant. Was it the andouillette sausage, which wasn't very tasty to begin with? Quite possibly, unfortunately… otherwise, the staff would have been pushing past you (and not even apologizing). Was it the tables being too close together in an attempt to "maximize" capacity?… The owner seems nice enough, though. So, 3 stars, no more, no less.

04/06/2026: Can't imagine no air con in a 34 degrees night in a so-called 4 stars hotel. The window are broken after the room making. luckily, we meet a staff that change a room in the 2nd night, seems the air con is still not so good.

17/05/2026: We spent two nights at this hotel. A wonderful experience! We received a very warm welcome. Special mention to Ségolène for her kindness and helpfulness! The breakfasts were generous. It's a shame the restaurant wasn't open at this time of year (April 2026).
