During my visit, the staff present were unpleasant and unprofessional, lacking courtesy and consideration for customers. The table I wished to use was dirty, and when I politely asked for it to be cleaned, the response was condescending, justified by the establishment's supposed "imminent closure," even though other customers were still present and the dining room was not properly prepared. I would like to point out that this behavior does not appear to be an isolated incident: several online reviews mention similar incidents, some even stating that an employee shouted at a customer. This confirms that the problem is recurring and documented, and not a one-off occurrence. Respectful and professional service is the minimum expected in an establishment such as yours. Experiencing this type of behavior as a customer directly damages your establishment's image and cannot be tolerated. I urge you to review this situation and take the necessary steps to ensure that your clients receive the level of service and welcome they expect from us. 02/12/2024: Came to borrow the toilet, I asked for a drink in exchange, the lady at the bar was more than unpleasant, it was disastrous, all these responses suggested that she did not want me to stay drinking. Coming out of the toilet I asked if the bar and the tobacco could be added to the bill, to which she replied (this crazy woman) that they were two separate things (yet it's a tobacco bar, no) once I cash in my packet of cigarettes, I ask what white wine she offers in the glass, sigh and answer, chardonnay and chablis, I reply that I would have a glass of chablis and ask if the menu is ok , she savagely retorts to me that the card starts at 10 euros, I gave up and left. Given the comments, I strongly hope that your brewery will flow.

11/10/2025: Room reservation for a birthday: discotheque decor as desired for the theme of the evening (seventies), perfect size, mood lighting and smoke bomb. Barmaid efficient and very friendly. Unfortunately for the music no key possible for the playlist prepared a year ago (9 hours of songs by ACDC Barry White Marvin Gaye Santana etc...) but only Bluetooth... which did not work (or was broken) on the computer. The manager of the place helped us out and played the music himself with his equipment but we were treated to Sylvie Vartan Cloclo Jean-Luc Lahaye Sardou and even Patrick Sébastien... Fortunately some guests danced but big disappointment for me, given the long preparation. So if you are a little demanding in terms of music check this connection problem before the evening.

10/07/2025: I celebrated my best friend's birthday there. The room is great with magnificent lighting, the sound is great and the same goes for the service. Thanks to Philippe and Catherine for your contribution, you were amazing!! I highly recommend this place!

11/02/2026: The cashier was extremely haughty, the portions were small, I do not recommend it

31/12/2025: For just 300g of food (three trays), I paid €16.37. €8.55 for only 5 shrimp and shrimp juice… with the shrimp being sold by weight. As an added bonus, the waitress gave my order to another customer without even apologizing… I definitely don't recommend this place.

20/11/2025: Our team visits this establishment every year at the same time, and it's become a tradition! The service is impeccable, the owner is always smiling, and the food is delicious! A special mention goes to Abdel and his legendary smile, for whom the word "service" is more than just a restaurant term. Thank you, and see you next year!

16/11/2025: The waiter took it upon himself to tell my mother-in-law that the Christmas beer was too strong for her because she's a woman. He made this remark without even asking her opinion. It was an unacceptable sexist remark. He didn't seem to understand the problem when I pointed it out to him.

13/11/2025: Pastries are overpriced and the products aren't great in terms of quality. Needs improvement as soon as possible.

01/10/2025: SCAM even for a simple cereal bread, not dense enough, tastes like bleach, with flour that is too light and with practically no seeds: €5.90!!!! Explanation: supposedly organic, I say supposedly because it is a far cry from the organic breads I eat regularly and also a far cry from the non-organic breads in other bakeries that are half the price and much better than this supposedly organic one! I didn't think to check the organic label in the store. I told them I wouldn't come back. But the Consumer Affairs and Fraud Department?

06/02/2026: High prices; they probably think they're in Châtelet. Taking an order annoys the waiters. The service is deplorable. And to top it all off, the state of the toilets is appalling.

05/02/2026: I had avoided this place for the same reasons as everyone else, but this morning, what a pleasant surprise to meet Sabrina at the bar for coffee! She immediately puts you at ease, a kind word for every customer, and a smile to boot. And yet the bar was packed! Bravo! An example to follow for her colleagues and for restaurant owners in general these days! So, I'll be back.
