23/07/2024: I came to eat a few days ago with my colleagues. I report a VERY BAD attitude on the part of the managers towards the server. He was humiliated in front of us and other customers on several occasions. We were waiting to be cleared when one of the managers told us that the "slave" was going to come and do it. During the meal, we were surprised by the managers yelling at the waiter for a small error coming from the cash register and not him. We come to settle and he gets yelled at again and insulted as "an idiot" several times in front of us. I would like to point out that this young man does his job correctly with a smile and professionalism when the managers wander around the restaurant without doing much. We wished him lots of courage. To flee !

09/05/2024: L’établissement était en fait fermé malgré la possibilité de réserve et s’appelle désormais Café Émile. Même le site au nom de l’Initiale Café est encore écrit et permet la réservation. Dommage de devoir faire demi-tour le ventre vide.

20/08/2024: A restaurant where you feel good, with friends, with family... A half-bistro, half-restaurant setting where authenticity reigns. Pleasant and efficient service, good cocktails, and a menu of dishes to suit everyone's taste. In short, an address where we come back!!!

13/07/2024: Disappointed with this restaurant which is not up to par with the others in this chain. Long service, cold dishes, dishes not impeccable. I won't go back there.

28/08/2024: We were very disappointed by this restaurant which calls itself bistronomic. -very long wait before being served - gazpacho served lukewarm (minimalist quantity), not appearing on the menu, charged at an exorbitant price (€19) -market menu (39€) but no choice possible - only one vegetarian dish available à la carte

22/08/2024: A very pleasant moment with attentive staff! We had dinner there twice, and we enjoyed very tasty dishes, with impeccable presentation! Having tasted a good part of the menu, we recommend the signature cocktails to start: the Corot, herbaceous and fresh, as well as the Japonisant (very surprising with the taste of wasabi). As a starter, we fell in love with the chuck carpaccio as well as the sea bass tartare with Granny Smith sorbet!! For the main course, the catch of the day: a trout steak with crispy skin, on a little bed of spinach, enhanced by a lobster bisque sauce! ! The confit pork loin was also incredibly tender and juicy! The can with its cherry sauce was delicious! ! For dessert I fell in love with the meringue with strawberries! !! The very crispy and airy chocolate millefeuille was also very good, as well as the floating island! ! The room is beautifully decorated, really a great souvenir of good meals 😊😊

18/07/2024: L’endroit parfait pour une ambiance conviviale et qualitative. Le plats sont copieux et en accord avec les prix. Le service est remarquable, et l’équipe rien à dire , ils savent accueillir et recevoir le client. Toujours le sourire aux lèvres ça fait plaisir à Paris ! Merci pour cette soirée, je recommande vivement.

04/07/2024: The dish was delicious, the grilled sea bass 😋 however the dessert, the crème brûlée, had a slightly charred taste and left a little aftertaste, for those with a sensitive palate.

04/09/2024: Disappointed with the service and the pizzas. 30 min wait for our starters, dry pizzas. The team is not organized enough to handle rushes. Nice place, the rest was good.

28/11/2024: Quality pancakes and pancakes. Insufficient filling for the pancake, very little andouille sausage. Large quantity filling: salted butter caramel

05/10/2024: Pancakes to die for! Very small so it can quickly get noisy but you forget that with the quality of the cuisine.
