06/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! The waiter was obnoxious and disrespectful. A restaurant should not tolerate an employee speaking to customers like that, especially when they are polite and have done nothing wrong. I strongly advise against this place; avoid it at all costs!

30/01/2026: Unpleasant staff, first time here today. The twisted pastry wasn't great, the defrosted flan was inedible with a strong, chemical taste. I wasn't familiar with this chain; first and last time. Shameful service, awful products at exorbitant prices. Avoid at all costs.
06/12/2025: The flans are edible, the lemon éclairs are very dry, the financiers are doughy. The pastries are also dry, and the pain au chocolat don't rise. All of this is horribly expensive, due to the location and rent (and also the restaurant itself).

01/03/2026: After a short walk with my husband, I just wanted a coffee, but he didn't want anything else. We received a very poor welcome from the waiter. In the end, the coffee was truly awful, and I didn't drink it; I just went to the restroom alone, regretting it because it was filthy. In short, a very disappointing experience! I understand why: there was nobody else there.

13/05/2026: Honestly, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in Paris, or even compared to other countries… Luckily, my company paid and not me. Several of us were disappointed, and we won't be recommending it to the agency again! The floorboards are rotten, the room is filthy, there was body hair everywhere… pretty much everywhere, even on the bed. I didn't feel safe sleeping in that bed! The ceiling looks like a hospital room with camping-style furniture (that doesn't bother me, but not in a hotel ^^'). You can hear everything in the other rooms! The room has no ventilation; one of my colleagues set off the fire alarm because of it, and it smells musty! I don't watch TV, but for those who do, I've never seen anything so small and archaic, perched on a tiny shelf high up… And the shower is scalding hot, almost dangerously so, you turn around a bit to get it cooler, to get it to the right temperature, and then it's immediately freezing cold. It's all or nothing, all while being in a small shower with a dirty shower curtain that clings to you. Plus, you can only be alone, otherwise there's no privacy, just a curtain separating you from the shower and the bed. Even when I was in student housing with a 9m² room, it was better! Breakfast is the same. Luckily, I didn't pay, but I think it's €7… for two slices of bread, a coffee, and an orange juice. You're better off eating somewhere else! In short, if you have no other choice, good luck, otherwise go somewhere else!

28/05/2026: It's a shame, the setting was nice but the service was rushed... We had to order, eat (cold), pay, and leave very quickly. Under the pretext of arriving 10 minutes late, the set menu price was no longer applicable... The QR code menu was unacceptable! The table was sticky too...
27/05/2026: There were three of us for lunch, with an hour to eat. We were served our main course and dessert within that short timeframe, with attentive and professional service. Both the main course and dessert were delicious. The only downside was the mojito, which was ultimately too sweet and didn't live up to the rest of the meal. We would gladly return.

08/03/2026: I stopped at this establishment for a simple coffee, with the rather extravagant idea—I admit—of having a croissant with it. So I ordered a coffee and asked for a croissant. The waiter's response: "Sorry sir, we're all out. The other customers have taken them all." Very well. The national croissant shortage has clearly started here. A few minutes later, a customer came in, ordered a coffee… and two croissants. Immediate miracle: the waiter calmly brought him his coffee and two croissants, right to his table. A little surprised by this sudden bakery resurrection, I politely asked how this was possible. The very serious reply: "Oh, sir, these croissants were reserved." That's fascinating. So, if I understand correctly, a customer who clearly doesn't know the establishment, who walks in spontaneously, is able to reserve invisible croissants that other customers can't get. Interesting concept: here, croissants seem to be made on a case-by-case basis. For future visitors, I therefore recommend the following strategy: Come here for coffee, but bring your own croissants, and perhaps a pain au chocolat too, just to be safe. This will avoid any logistical disappointment. In short: a rather unique experience. A coffee shop… and an unexpected sociological spectacle. An establishment I don't recommend, unless you enjoy culinary mysteries.

For your information, we were a couple with three children.

I don't know why, but I sat down with three friends, ordered drinks and a carafe of water, and the woman managing the service that day, Friday, May 1st, told me, "I'm lucky she's serving me." I can't tell you what that meant; it was 5 p.m., and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I asked her for two carafes of water in addition to the drinks, and she replied, "No, it'll be one carafe." No carafe arrived. I asked again for a carafe of water, and a man behind the bar came to serve me a small glass of water, the same one that comes free with coffee. I asked him if they served carafes of water. As he left, without even turning around, he said no. On top of that, there was a bad atmosphere and dirty looks the whole time. In short, I don't know why, after a long day, I'm being mistreated by people I've never met. I won't be back.

17/02/2026: Today, I came to lunch at this “restaurant” with two friends—an establishment where the price of bread seems to be valued more than customer service. We were seated on the terrace, advertised as heated. In reality, the heating system was malfunctioning. Needless to say, in the middle of winter, the experience was already off to a bad start. When ordering, we were constantly interrupted with “it’s fine” after every word spoken. A very unpleasant way of letting the customer know they were bothering them. The concept of service seems to be completely absent. I ordered a ribeye steak with “garlic potatoes.” What arrived on the plate? Undercooked, greasy, and unappetizing potato chips. Only the meat was decent. The rest was frankly disappointing. After a 20-minute wait (admittedly, it was the lunchtime rush, but that doesn’t excuse everything), we finally received a bread basket with our drinks. We quickly finished it. Ten minutes later, still no bread despite asking a waiter. However, three baskets were placed on the table right behind us. So I took a tray of bread. And then came the inappropriate remark: “But the bread will be the last tray.” I pointed out that I had already asked his colleague. The waiter then returned, openly accusing me of lying. Yes, lying, for… bread. I stood up to point at the waiter in question. He claimed to have told me he would come back with the bread at the same time as the main courses (which was false) and concluded with a lecture on “values.” Talking about values ​​when accusing a customer of lying about a piece of bread is quite ironic. A word of advice: invest in a training course called “Respect.” Respect for welcoming, for taking an order, for serving, and especially for speaking to customers. Contemptuous service from beginning to end. A ridiculous and unacceptable experience for an establishment that charges these prices. I will never set foot in that place again.
