The decor and atmosphere are lovely, and above all, the staff are wonderful, kind, and attentive, always helping us find the best options for our food intolerances. No judgment, just help and a listening ear. It's always a huge pleasure to eat at Sarrasin, and we're sure to have a wonderful meal every time!

The produce you'll find here is grown on site - and if you want to see the vegetables and chickens and lambs that create the feast of flavors that erupt at the table - you don't have to take more than a few steps. The restaurant's staff transforms the farm's produce into an elite meal with awe-inspiring virtuosity.

The waiter is friendly but absentminded and poorly dressed, the atmosphere is mediocre, and the prices are too high.

The savory buckwheat crepes are original and absolutely delicious! Special mention goes to the madeleine crepe pictured, which perfectly combines sweet and savory. You absolutely must visit this creperie if you're ever in Cancale. You certainly won't be disappointed!

05/07/2026: A very warm welcome, good food, a very friendly atmosphere, and spotless toilets (which says a lot). It's definitely worth making a slight detour (because the exit ramp is under construction, so you exit just after it and then retrace your steps). Lovely establishment! 👍

15/05/2026: The SPRAT sardines served as an appetizer are imported. A shame, considering the other local products the restaurant highlights. We were served a small portion of far breton (a Breton flan) for two slices, which included two prunes each. The oysters were excellent, no complaints.
