The decor and atmosphere are lovely, and above all, the staff are wonderful, kind, and attentive, always helping us find the best options for our food intolerances. No judgment, just help and a listening ear. It's always a huge pleasure to eat at Sarrasin, and we're sure to have a wonderful meal every time!

The entire team contributed greatly to the success of this magnificent day. Some of our guests also stayed at the hotel, and all were delighted with their experience. They particularly appreciated the warm welcome, the comfortable rooms, and the kindness of Stéphane and Marie, the owners, who were remarkably kind and helpful. We experienced a magical moment, as if time stood still, surrounded by our loved ones in a beautiful setting. A huge thank you to the entire team at La Gibecière for making this baptism an unforgettable memory. We recommend this establishment without hesitation to anyone wishing to organize an exceptional event.

21/06/2026: We came this weekend. It was perfect. The waiters and waitresses were impeccable. Always smiling, despite the very high temperatures. The managers were very friendly too! The meal and breakfast were perfect. We will definitely come back and recommend this place.

22/07/2026: "Cafés are not offices." Albertine is one of those charming and cozy places. A very good and beautiful little café. The pastries, the drinks, and the staff—everything was perfect for us, and we will definitely be back! Perhaps one less pleasant thought. It's become commonplace these days for customers to come and work in places like small cafés. What a nightmare. What a stifling atmosphere they create. A café is first and foremost a place for living and enjoying life. All those people who don't speak or who think they're in their offices. Cafés are not offices. Support charming places like Albertine instead of monopolizing the space for hours to send three pointless emails. Excuse me for being so blunt, but when you love something, you want to preserve places like this!
