09/05/2026: Here are three elderly folks enjoying their retirement, visiting the museum. La Gibecière was the perfect place for a stopover, and we weren't disappointed. The hotel was top-notch, although perhaps the pillows were a little too thick—that's certainly my only complaint. Cleanliness was impeccable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. 26/04/2026: This restaurant had been recommended to us many times. We finally had the opportunity to dine there for a friend's birthday, and what a surprise it was! We were given the best table upstairs, which offered a beautiful view of the sea. We were amazed by the quality of the service. As I have several food intolerances, the six-course tasting menu was completely adapted and redesigned. Each dish was meticulously described by the waitress. The dishes themselves were beautifully prepared, and the taste lived up to the presentation. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend it.

08/05/2026: The restaurant was booked for our private Sunday lunch for my daughter's christening. Everything was perfect: the delicious meal (the meat was superb!), the location (very close to the church in Chantepie), and the owners' discretion and kindness (they even decorated the room and provided games for the children). A huge thank you! We will definitely be back.
