04/04/2024: O P'tit Encas" on the "Plage des Bas Sablons" in Saint-Malo was extraordinary. The traditional “Moules-Fries” were bursting with flavor, although larger mussels would have been ideal. The Angus beef burger on local brioche with caramelized shallots was delicious. The waiter, Louis, provided impeccable service, recommending the best of their menu as well as the exceptional local beer selection. Despite the 20 minute walk from Intra-Muros, the experience was worth it. For a memorable culinary experience in Saint-Malo, O P'tit Encas is highly and undeniably recommended! Thank you for everything!

23/03/2024: A small restaurant where you have to go in Saint Malo. Excellent grilled cuisine, impeccable service, the owner and the waitress are very friendly. Superb plate of tapas as a starter and duck breasts for us. It was hearty and succulent. Our neighbors' meat plates weren't bad at all either.

Your establishment was recommended to us by my cousin, one of your professional acquaintances (Sylvain Gasdon in Orsay) and my son who is in BTS cooking at the Faculty of Trades who had the chance to come and do a cooking workshop with you. A superb moment that took my partner and me on a journey. A delicate cuisine, with a lot of finesse, the taste buds are awakened all this with seasonal and local cuisine. And a splendid setting. 09/03/2024: À great place with creative artisanal French cuisine. It tasted fantastic and the decoration is very well tasted. Also I recommend greatly beers there. The service is very gentle and also speaks English. There is English menu as well, which shows great openness of the owner.

Fresh and local products. Careful knowledge of the menu by the friendly waiter. It was difficult to make a choice, we took as many different dishes as possible per person to be able to taste as many as possible. Even the dressing was perfect! Best restaurant we've had in the area! Thank you all for the quality of your work, we will be back!

It's a small restaurant, sea view, short and inventive menu, tasty, original, fresh produce, absolutely delicious, very nicely presented plates. Very pleasant sound ambiance, and not very noisy, because there are few tables! Doggies accepted. And then the service? He is extremely friendly and very professional at the same time. Warm, efficient, good advice based on your tastes, also adapted to your constraints (gluten-free). And the chef is very friendly in addition to being very talented! In the end, we found a real cocoon of physical and taste well-being there that we highly recommend! A big thank you for these two evenings (because yes, two days there and two meals, to try it is to fall in love)!
