The setting, the light, the ambiance… everything was perfect for a wonderful start to the evening. But it was really the team that made all the difference. Attentive, warm, and caring without ever being intrusive—we felt taken care of from beginning to end. The courses flowed seamlessly, each one bringing something new, perfectly balanced, and elegant. And the wine recommendations were outstanding: precise, approachable, and perfectly paired with our meal. We left with that rare feeling of having experienced something truly exceptional. When you ask yourself, "When will you get that third star?", that pretty much sums up the level of quality. This is an address to absolutely keep in mind. Bravo to the entire team. 🙏

23/07/2026: The waitress and staff were lovely, but the bartender was about as friendly as a prison guard—and that's putting it mildly! It contrasts sharply with the rest of the staff, who were absolutely delightful! A real shame and a disappointment!

22/07/2026: Strolling through the historic center of Rennes, you can find these gates in the old town, providing access through the ramparts. They are beautifully restored, and the entire area is now very popular, with restaurants, terraces, and a lively atmosphere, as well as stunning stonework. All of this is near the cathedral and highly recommended.
