14/04/2026: I want to apologize for yesterday. I was the one singing on the terrace, and I apologize if the songs were disturbing. The bartenders weren't responsible and asked us several times to stop, which we didn't. They did their job very well; it's simply that we didn't respect their requests.

13/04/2026: I just left that bar and I'll never be seen there again, even though I'm a regular. On the terrace, a group of 8 to 10 people started chanting homophobic songs, eventually singing "Marc Dutrou is innocent, the liars are the children," and "the children under the terrace and the woman under the terrace," referring to Xavier Dupont de Ligonnès. A waiter from the bar was singing with them. We reported this to the other waiters, but they weren't bothered and didn't ask them to leave.

06/06/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service: simple yet delicious. The tea was very good and the cakes were excellent.

05/06/2026: Excellent Moroccan buffet with a wide selection of delicious and perfectly prepared traditional dishes. The atmosphere is warm, the staff is welcoming, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend this place to discover the authentic flavors of Morocco at an excellent price.

01/03/2026: The concept is really great. There's a wide selection of sleds available, making it easy to enjoy the experience without having to bring your own equipment. It's also really nice to have slopes reserved exclusively for sleds, without sharing them with skiers. We didn't know it was possible to use a pass from another partner resort to avoid buying a new one. This was explained very clearly and kindly at the ticket office. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, which contributes to a great time. The only slightly annoying point concerns the magic carpets, which are quite slow and, more importantly, prone to several unexpected stops. The ride up can therefore seem a bit long. Despite this, with all the other positive aspects, I highly recommend it. It's still best to go when it's not too crowded to fully enjoy the runs and ensure a pleasant experience.

19/04/2026: An inn that's truly worth the detour. A very friendly and warm welcome, a pleasant waitress, and an owner who takes excellent care of his customers, from the moment they arrive until dessert. The food is excellent, and the chef's personal touch delights our taste buds with every bite. In short, authentic French cuisine just the way we like it, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!

31/03/2026: Fantastic food and lovely staff, owner was lovely and engaging. Definitely somewhere for a special meal for your holiday . I’d suggest booking before you travel to ensure a table . Sittings are at 7 and 9ish I think .

29/03/2026: It looks like a family restaurant, but it has a fantastic atmosphere, a young crowd, and the food is on another level! Absolutely delicious! We ordered a risotto and duck, and they exceeded our expectations! We were lucky to get a table on a weekend day during the TML event; later, when we wanted to go back, it was fully booked. But it's one of my favorite restaurants in Alpe d'Huez!

07/05/2026: I love coming to Basilic and Co. in Grenoble Albert 1er! Whether you eat in or take away, the quality is always there. The menu changes seasonally, and the service is fantastic!

03/05/2026: A fantastic experience at Basilic & Co Grenoble Jaurès! The pizzas are truly excellent, made with quality ingredients and original recipes inspired by local produce—a refreshing change from typical pizzerias. The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are beautifully showcased. Fast service, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. A sure bet in Grenoble for a great pizza; I highly recommend it!

08/03/2026: What a delightful surprise this charming restaurant was, tucked away in a rather dreary cul-de-sac! The welcome is cheerful and warm, the decor a clever, slightly kitschy blend of seaside and mountain themes, and the lighting is perfectly balanced to allow you to admire what's arriving on your plate. The menu is extensive, inventive, and promising. This is confirmed when the dishes are served: everything is fresh, beautiful, flavorful, and served without delay. We enjoyed the langoustines and the confit lamb in a pastry crust, which we chose as starters (both generous portions), and then we savored the hake with sorrel and confit potatoes, as well as the fish quenelle with shellfish jus. The desserts are excellent, with a special mention for the caramelized apples and meringue, a reimagined version of the common floating island found elsewhere. Very reasonable prices again (76 euros for two, starter-main-dessert plus two half-pints of Leffe) when compared to what the other tourist trap restaurants in Villard dare to charge for over-prepared and soulless food. An original and welcoming place that makes you want to return very soon with friends! Thank you, Mr. Charentais. 😊

12/01/2026: What a delight this little restaurant is! Finally, something other than "mountain" fare. Everything was new to us: lamb confit with morels in a pastry crust, oysters and scallops with parsley sauce, suckling pig offal stew, Charentais-style chowder, mashed potatoes with cabbage... A true delight, and served with a smile, too! Good value for money. Highly recommended!

08/02/2026: I discovered the Da Pepino La Suite restaurant because I work in Seyssinet and had heard nothing but good things about it. So I decided to try it and I wasn't disappointed. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely; the music immediately set the mood. I was able to eat quickly for a reasonable price, and I recommend that everyone come and discover this place with family or friends—you'll be warmly welcomed.
