17/09/2026: On the recommendation of a friend (who couldn't make it due to vacation), we discovered this restaurant in Brignoud. Although there were nine of us, we were pleasantly surprised. The setting is lovely with a charming terrace, and the welcome was warm. From the daily special to the desserts, everything was a delight! The value for money for a complete meal (aperitif, daily special or à la carte depending on your preference, wine, dessert, and coffee) is truly excellent. A fantastic place that we highly recommend!

12/07/2026: It was a package deal including spa and dinner. We were able to eat under the trees. I hadn't been back to La Table d'Uriage for four years. What a wonderful surprise! The chef is different, the dishes are refined and excellent. The flavor combinations are original and subtle. The servers are very friendly. 05/07/2026: We had a wonderful time; the food was excellent and very generous, and the setting was magnificent at the foot of the castle. The meals were served in large platters meant for sharing, which created a very convivial atmosphere, like a family meal. I highly recommend it!

23/08/2026: The welcome was as warm as ever. On this market day, we sat outside in a pleasant atmosphere on the shaded terrace. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes, no one had paid us any attention. So we left without having bought anything.

08/03/2026: What a delightful surprise this charming restaurant was, tucked away in a rather dreary cul-de-sac! The welcome is cheerful and warm, the decor a clever, slightly kitschy blend of seaside and mountain themes, and the lighting is perfectly balanced to allow you to admire what's arriving on your plate. The menu is extensive, inventive, and promising. This is confirmed when the dishes are served: everything is fresh, beautiful, flavorful, and served without delay. We enjoyed the langoustines and the confit lamb in a pastry crust, which we chose as starters (both generous portions), and then we savored the hake with sorrel and confit potatoes, as well as the fish quenelle with shellfish jus. The desserts are excellent, with a special mention for the caramelized apples and meringue, a reimagined version of the common floating island found elsewhere. Very reasonable prices again (76 euros for two, starter-main-dessert plus two half-pints of Leffe) when compared to what the other tourist trap restaurants in Villard dare to charge for over-prepared and soulless food. An original and welcoming place that makes you want to return very soon with friends! Thank you, Mr. Charentais. 😊

12/01/2026: What a delight this little restaurant is! Finally, something other than "mountain" fare. Everything was new to us: lamb confit with morels in a pastry crust, oysters and scallops with parsley sauce, suckling pig offal stew, Charentais-style chowder, mashed potatoes with cabbage... A true delight, and served with a smile, too! Good value for money. Highly recommended!

07/09/2026: We were stopping over in Vienna and stumbled upon this place by chance. What a wonderful discovery! Excellent value for money. Generous portions and beautifully prepared dishes. We had a pike quenelle worthy of a top restaurant. If you're passing through, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!

07/09/2026: My wife and I stopped by for dinner just before 7 pm, and the waitress was super accommodating and friendly, and the food was even better. I had bone marrow as an appetizer and the chef special duck breast with truffle mushrooms and sauce... Wow. Excellent food and excellent service... Thank you to the team Au P'tit Bouchon!
