08/03/2024: Bought 5 portions of 3 different raclettes to try the cheeses offered between 11 and 12 euros. The quality is really there. Nothing to do with the supermarket. Served on a log of wood that you will have to remember to bring back, the cheeses sit under local charcuterie. The quantity is appreciable for my teenagers for an evening meal. I had prepared around 20 potatoes. All that remained was the ham, which we finished as a sandwich the next day. Very pleasant welcome. Go for it! Ps: it's hard to resist the sausage and a little cold beer in store. They are strong 😉

22/09/2024: Fresh and delicious products, we enjoyed ourselves. Only 1 choice on the menu, it doesn't have to be difficult but maybe there are other options? We took the dish from the menu that suited us.

31/08/2024: Restaurant well hidden in the hotel, which is a shame because not much visibility even though it deserves much more. However, it was a very nice discovery, the servers are very kind, very smiling and very attentive. The service is fast, which in no way detracts from the quality of the food and the beautiful presentation of the plates. As for the terrace, it is really very pretty and pleasant (despite the mosquitoes but we had been warned)

27/01/2025: A great little hotel, small in size because only 10 rooms but oh so pleasant because of the comfort of the room and its calm.
A few meters (200 m walk) from the cable cars, secure and heated individual ski locker.
A top team that is always attentive and provides impeccable service.
As for the meals...EXCELLENT!!!

We were very well received.
All the dishes were delicious, full of flavor. The snail ravioli is excellent with its garlic sauce.
The desserts delighted us.
The food and wine pairings were perfect.

30/08/2024: À propos du Lo Fieu, même propriétaire juste à côté de L'Émulsion. Méfiez-vous des prix de la côte de bœuf.
À 11,50 € les 100 grammes de côte de bœuf, tu te dis qu'avec 200 grammes - portion suffisante -, ça va te faire 23 €. À la limite, avec un peu d'os, 30 € maxi. Mais là, la serveuse t'embrouille avec une côte de bœuf à partager pour 3 personnes et tu retrouves avec une pièce à 150 € soit 50 € par personne et environ 430 grammes par personne mais l'os était gros. C'est une pratique peu honnête donc demandez bien combien ça va vous coûter avant de commander...

29/09/2024: Friendly and committed hostel with people with disabilities who work to ensure that this hostel can succeed. A concert was organized last night with a wonderful group (Fred and. Machines) who played before the meal and then at dessert for everyone's comfort. Very good cuisine... A place to discover.

15/07/2024: Magnificent authentic mountain cottage enjoying a breathtaking view of the 2 Alps and the start of many walks/hikes! The catering is exceptional, tasty, copious, filled with lots of attention. The upstairs room is particularly suitable for parties! The owners are attentive and very friendly.
In short, a perfect weekend in an address to remember!
