19/04/2026: I was disappointed by the food: the butternut squash soup was far too salty, and I wouldn't recommend the pear and caramel tart for dessert—it was dry and bland, with a thick crust that completely masked the flavors. You couldn't taste the pear at all, which was a real shame. On the other hand, the setting is incredible, with a magnificent view of the mountains—it's breathtaking! The staff is helpful, efficient, and attentive.

17/03/2026: We celebrated our son's 20th birthday by booking the entire restaurant for a cocktail reception for over 40 people. We highly recommend it, as the food was plentiful and high-quality, with impeccable service. Our guests particularly enjoyed the ravioli station as a hot dish. The desserts, made with ingredients from a local Pontoise pastry shop, were excellent. The venue is perfect for such an event, with parking available in front of the restaurant, which is ideally located in the heart of town while still allowing for a festive evening. Finally, Thierry and his team are very pleasant, professional, and attentive to our requests, demonstrating a genuine desire to ensure our satisfaction, which was truly appreciated. Go without hesitation!

My friend had the andouillette sausage, tagliatelle pasta, and zucchini—a very nice plate. I highly recommend this restaurant, and be sure to make a reservation.

16/11/2025: The owners were very kind. They shared anecdotes, offered attentive service, and provided helpful advice—everything you could hope for from hosts. The cuisine was simple yet delicious, using good ingredients (the walnut tart was excellent). The rooms have been recently renovated. The location is nestled in a rural setting at the foot of the mountains. It's ideal for relaxing and enjoying peaceful walks. The only slight drawback was the proximity of the rooms to the common room, which can be noisy. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would love to repeat in the warmer months.

I went there twice: - The first time, the service was very slow due to being overcrowded, glasses were broken during service and half-shoved under the table because they were short on time. - The second time, the service was fine, the steak tartare was acceptable, no complaints, but no praise either. On average: it could be worse, but I've seen better. Average: average.

10/03/2026: A lovely little spot in Mélanie's neighborhood, outside the industrial park and town center. The staff were very friendly, and we were served on the terrace. Honestly, there were no complaints, except that you should definitely give it a try! Thanks to the whole team for serving us late into the night!

26/05/2026: No menu, just a set secret. These pretentious young chefs with their oversized egos don't know what you want to eat, only what they want you to eat! That says a lot about their respect for the customer! In response to your comment: Unfortunately, I did indeed dine at your establishment, alas! Your arrogant, condescending, and contemptuous response, even mocking older customers ("those pretentious old customers," they'll appreciate that!), is very revealing of your approach. I choose for my customers because they're too stupid to do it themselves! It doesn't matter if they like it; the important thing is that I like myself!

02/05/2026: Good evening, after a rather positive first experience in September 2025, for my stepdaughter's 18th birthday, my wife and I decided to come for a romantic dinner this evening. As a lover of dry-aged beef, I naturally gravitated towards the "exceptional meat" section of the menu, with a 400g cut for 50 euros. At that price, one simply expects a delicious meal. The cut was presented to me raw, before cooking: a sirloin steak, one centimeter thick on one side and four centimeters on the other... a slice of cake... so much for a rare steak. Once on the plate, the first bite was very bitter... yes, dry-aged beef is more expensive, but it needs to be prepared. The waitress offered us nothing but ketchup and mayonnaise. The meat was dry and not at all tender. The knife didn't cut, I had to go down from the mezzanine to ask for salt and pepper. Frankly, I'm not usually one to complain, but I took the liberty of politely offering my opinion to the waitress at the end of the meal. She told me she would pass my feedback on to the chef, and that I should have said something, that my steak would have been remade. Even the bread was dry. No gesture of goodwill, no discussion during the payment, resulting in a bill of 95 euros for two beers, my steak, and a piece of beef Rossini for my wife. So there you have it, a huge disappointment. Again, it always bothers me to write a negative review, but this meal was disastrous. I left feeling ripped off... I had eaten so well the first time.
