17/09/2024: Ideally located in a quiet village, this gîte is arranged with great taste, and the managers are very friendly.
The rooms are very cozy and nicely arranged, and the cuisine offered is very good.
I really recommend this place, which I discovered by chance.
I will come back, for sure

17/08/2024: Une petite pause à Vienne et une belle surprise ce petit bistro.
Le chef est vraiment un amoureux des bonnes choses , une cuisine généreuse, goûteuse et copieuse et en plus il est sympas.
Nous avons pris le menu du jour , un pure régal du début à la fin, merci à la charmante Silvie , la serveuse du jour, très souriante et aux petits soins.
Si nous revenons à Vienne, nous y reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir.
03/07/2024: Encore une visite dans cette entre de la bonne chère et encore un pur régal ! C est pas compliqué,tout est bon !!!! Les produits sont frais et de qualité quand à la cuisine ,traditionnelle top ,faite maison avec passion .
Un vrai lieu de convivialité,de détente et de régal !!
Le patron est généreux ,dévoué pour ses clients ,un authentique cuisinier et commerçant . Un Homme fortement sympathique.
Endroit à découvrir,à redécouvrir, encore et encore .
Une chose est sûre ,nous reviendrons !!

03/08/2024: A magnificent store with quality products. Products from the Lyon region and elsewhere. Is not highlighted but offers delicious crepes and ice creams. The traders are pleasant and smiling. An unexpected stop that we won't regret!

11/08/2024: I recommend Denis' restaurant with my eyes closed. Simply excellent, the tarts are fresh and absolutely delicious. All are to be savored.
For dessert, the red fruit pavlova is absolutely delicious. The chocolate alternative is too.

This restaurant owner was rude and treated me like untouchable throughout the few minutes in the restaurant.
When I arrived at the restaurant, the restaurateur refused my request for a few tables even though there were some available, and this for no good reason. When I asked him why he couldn't place us at the tables that were free and not reserved he replied that he wanted to keep them in case others would arrive. That said, he chose to refuse a secure client and forgo this income simply because he wanted to do it that way. I felt that he was prejudiced against me and what's more, he didn't even make an effort to hide it. I quickly lost my appetite for eating at this place but I wanted to make him understand that his behavior was not in the right direction of a business that derives its future from welcoming and pleasing customers. I spoke to him about this fact, and unsurprisingly he was incorrigible in his attitude and he even went so far as to say that he was happy that I was going somewhere else. Which is easy to do because the village square is surrounded by other restaurants. Going elsewhere didn't bother me in the slightest and I was pleasantly welcomed just a few steps from this restaurant. But for the principle of cause and effect of customer service I leave this customer review. Prospective clients should know about my experience and they don't deserve this same treatment. Although this restaurateur has years in this type of industry, what he didn't know is that I too spent years in this same industry and what's more, I ate in a myriad of restaurants around the world. I know well, not only the restaurant world but also customer service, what should be done and what is unacceptable. The treatment at this establishment was inexcusable. If you have the choice I advise you to look elsewhere to eat when in Villard de Lans.

Fresh products, sublimely prepared by LA CHEFFE.
The rillette is a pure sweetness in the mouth, and the dishes are a treat.
Without hesitation we will come back to enjoy your terrace and your warm and smiling welcome.
