25/08/2026: The food was pretty good. It's a shame one of the waitresses wasn't suited for the job. In fact, her lack of responsiveness in taking our order meant we left without dessert. We had dessert downstairs at the Pic du 35 restaurant, which was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too!

27/09/2026: Romantic dinner. What can I say… everything was perfect. From the welcome to the dishes and the wines offered. The value for money is excellent. The "escape" menu at €139 includes a very original house cocktail, a succession of seven courses to discover, accompanied by two glasses of selected wines, and a hot drink to finish the dinner. At this price and with this quality, it's a treat for both the taste buds and the wallet. Thank you to the front-of-house team and congratulations to Julie, Jérémie, and the entire team. 👏💪👍

11/09/2026: What creativity! Bravo for both dishes: Just an Illusion and Pearl of the Mountains. A blend of bitter flavors enhanced with sweet elements and a touch of acidity. Perfect, like the egg of the same name. And the low-temperature cooking of the salmon and beef creates a magical creaminess. The wines pair well with the dishes, except perhaps the mason's wine with Just an Illusion.

The portions are generous, the cooking is always perfect, and the side dishes complement everything beautifully! (Special mention to the divine gratin dauphinois!) A must-visit in the region!

15/08/2026: Fleur de Sel restaurant is a wonderful discovery and deserves to be promoted. Excellent, refined cuisine, beautifully presented. The tomato medley is succulent, while the calf's liver is wonderfully cooked (meltingly tender). The Baked Alaska is delicious. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
