Memorable dishes, as impressive for their generosity as for their quality. I've never seen anything like it! And above all, it must be emphasized: the ingredients are local, from the region, and excellent.
All this accompanied by very pleasant and warm service.
In short, an address to remember without hesitation. I will certainly recommend it to everyone I know, and on our next trip to the Vercors, we will return to dine with great pleasure… and a hearty appetite!

25/07/2026: The food was good. The service was also good. However, the prices for additional items such as drinks could not be found outside of the wine list. This became apparent when the bill arrived. We didn't drink excessively; half a bottle of wine, an aperitif, and a bottle of water accounted for well over half the bill.
The entrecote was medium, as requested. All in all, we had a delicious meal, but we were ripped off a bit.

Lovely setting, very nice terrace.
The service was perfect, with a shy but very friendly young waiter.
My daughters loved their pasta carbonara, and I enjoyed the pizza of the day with burrata—original and a wonderful discovery of flavors.
We come to Les Deux Alpes every summer and we will be back.
The only downside is that I heard someone say that for once the waiter did his job properly—that's not very nice. This young waiter is perfect.

You can also find generously filled appetizer platters. The decor, lighting, large terrace, and music all contribute to creating an environment conducive to conversation and relaxation. It's always a pleasure to spend time there with my friends.

13/04/2026: Le Farinaud is a truly wonderful place in Pipay.
A must in winter for a lunch break on the slopes, and just as pleasant in summer to enjoy the cool mountain air.
Special mention goes to the blueberry tart and the walnut tart—both are excellent. A warm welcome, a beautiful mountain establishment, and Agnès and her entire team are incredibly attentive.
I highly recommend it!
02/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at Le Farinaud. The cuisine is authentic, with delicious and generous homemade dishes and desserts, and a special mention goes to the truly remarkable desserts. The setting is incredible, with views of the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountains. An authentic place that has retained its charm, highly recommended.
