25/02/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the food at this brasserie. The eggs mayonnaise were delicious, and the Italian-style beef tartare was really well prepared. It's a shame the service wasn't up to par; we waited over 30 minutes between the starter and the main courses. The tables around us were served before us, and then when I asked for pepper and bread, they said yes, and I had time to finish my meal without receiving them. A big thank you to the chef for his cooking. I hope this was just bad luck and doesn't reflect the overall quality of the establishment.

But this Thursday I had a delicious homemade couscous, and to finish, I was surprised by a succulent homemade dessert: a decadent two-lemon tartlet. I was pleasantly surprised by the lightness and delicacy of this dessert—neither too sweet nor too heavy. I could have eaten another one; my taste buds were begging for more! I congratulate the dessert chef; I can't wait to try another homemade dessert. Honestly, bravo for this masterpiece, and congratulations!

Three tables arrived after us and were served before us... the meat was almost cold, and the appetizer croquettes weren't fully thawed... the excuse: a chef was in the kitchen... but he took the time to serve other tables that arrived after us... disappointed...

13/03/2026: This was our third visit. We arrived at the beginning of service at 12:10 PM to order the set menu. After a 45-minute wait, we asked the waitress about our order, while three other tables that arrived after us were being served. Clearly, we had been forgotten. The croquettes weren't defrosted, the tomatoes weren't ripe, and the veal was almost cold—all of it rather bland. What a shame, because the place and the decor are very nice. Thank you to the owner for his gesture of goodwill.

25/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the smiling and friendly owner. The food was excellent, typical of the Landes region, with generous portions and good value for money. The atmosphere was lovely and the setting pleasant. We were the last customers in the restaurant, and they offered us the dessert of the day on the house. I highly recommend it.
