07/09/2024: On the roads of Sologne, late for our destination, we resigned ourselves to having dinner on the road.
And we saw Le Beauharnais.
Throughout the whole experience, we asked ourselves “but where are we? ".
Everything was excellent, surprising and traditional. Wahoo!!!
It is even still at the table that we are writing this comment.
We're going to get back on the road.
We are even further behind but not very important because we have already had a great time!!

07/09/2024: In der Altstadt durch Zufall gefunden ( die ruhige Lage passte gut), den letzten Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen, was für ein Glück wir hatten, zeigte uns das dann spontan genossene Menü. Zwei junge Brüder managen den Service im Familienbetrieb, die Qualität der Küche zeigt die große Erfahrung des Hauses.

24/08/2024: Fantastisch restaurant met gepassioneerde eigenaar. Beste restaurant van Vendome. Prijs kwaliteit is echt goed en de eigenaar adviseerde een uitstekende wijn. Personeel is super vriendelijk.

Viergangenmenu voor 88 euro pp. Prima bediening en mooi uitgewerkte en smakelijke gerechten. De ster is besteld nu nog enkel opnemen in de Michelin gids.

23/09/2024: Hello, we enjoyed everything. There was a small downside: the sauce accompanying the piece of veal in the children's menu, in fact its taste is particular. I think it should be changed or offered another one. with a more classic taste. Thank you for the delicacy of your cuisine
15/09/2024: A very good restaurant in Saint Aignan, even the best if we take into account the setting, the service and the price.
We go there regularly, several times a year, it's always good. The evening menu was €48 for Starter, Main Course and Dessert, with appetizers and sweets. We will return again and again.

30/08/2024: On the way back from our vacation, we stopped for lunch. The welcome was pleasant but that will be our only compliment. Dish of the day: homemade mayo fried sausage, what a disaster! The fries were black, I refused them. My wife accepted them but wondered if the cooking oil was changed regularly? The sausage was tasteless and let's not talk about the homemade mayo... for dessert it will be useful to review the recipe for a crumble, the dough on top is not made only of sugar.
Of course my comments were made to the boss before writing my opinion, you have to know how to listen to criticism, something that the boss did not accept. However, I wish you good luck.
