21/01/2026: I ordered two Christmas menus for my parents, and when I called today to reserve, they said they were permanently closed. This evening I received a call; they will refund me at the beginning of February.

05/12/2025: Customers turned away! We booked online and traveled 100km only to be told they no longer accept Smartbox vouchers. Disappointed.

16/07/2026: The place was noisy and echoed. The coffee was terrible, very weak. The staff weren't unpleasant, but they weren't particularly friendly either. In short, I didn't really find this place worthwhile.

08/08/2026: Very disappointed. The waitress was very inattentive, the duck breast was overcooked, there was no bread, and the toilets were disgusting. And it wasn't just the cleanliness of the service; the walls and floors must have been neglected for a very long time.

02/08/2026: The food is good and plentiful, but I think it's a shame that only fries and salad are offered as sides. The service is friendly, but you can tell the servers are overwhelmed. It's really packed during peak season, and unfortunately, there aren't many of them. As a result, we waited a very long time for our drinks, and in the end, our main courses arrived almost simultaneously. The atmosphere is pleasant; despite the crowds, it's still a comfortable place.

12/07/2026: What a disappointment… The galette was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was catastrophic. Not a single server on the terrace; we had to go inside the restaurant and search for them to give them our dirty plates and ask for the dessert menus… Then, no one came to take our order. We had to beg the chef to send a server to our table. It's a real shame, because the galettes were truly excellent and the waitresses were friendly, but unfortunately, they were completely absent. They would have been better off opening at 7 pm and actually being attentive to their service, rather than opening at 6 pm but operating as a self-service establishment.

03/07/2026: I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this was a series of disappointments. Between the frosty welcome, slow service, and uninteresting food, it's hard to find anything positive. When you pay this price, you expect a minimum level of quality. Unfortunately, this place doesn't live up to its promises.

09/06/2026: No one… No one answered our greeting… No one came near… We left… without seeing a soul!!! Too bad, I had my eye on the ribeye steak.

31/03/2026: A small rib of beef cooked over a wood fire! What could be better! The decor is simple and the owner handles the service himself! The grumpy people who leave bad reviews just don't get it! This place is authentic! No frills! I'll be back.

03/09/2026: If you're looking for seafood overlooking the port at Pointe Saint Gildas, you've come to the right place. The service and food are excellent. The decor is a bit dated, but it has that 80s vibe... it's hilarious! All this at an excellent price.

02/09/2026: Very slow service. Arrived at 11:45 for lunch and left at 2:20 PM for a basic meal. Consider using long parking meters, as I received a fine at 2:15 PM (€50). Nice. Keep that in mind. The service was incredibly slow despite the very good meal, but they need to be better organized. And then we spoke to the owner, but she just made excuses. What a shame.

16/11/2025: I have never seen a restaurant with such disastrous service as this place. To begin with, we ordered a glass of wine. When we went to order a second, the waiter told us that they no longer had the same wine. Shortly after, another waiter appeared and told the first one that, in fact, they did have the wine — that the first waiter simply didn't know how to look for it properly. Next, we ordered a fondue. The bread that came with it looked like homemade bread, and so far so good. But, after eating the top parts, we realized that the bottom pieces were moldy. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he said that "the bread was from that day," which was simply impossible. To make matters worse, the gel in the fondue burner ran out in the middle of the meal. We called the same waiter from the wine glass again, and he spent some time talking to the pizza maker before finally saying that it had run out. During this time, another waiter listened and argued with him once again. While all this was happening, our fondue had already hardened, and we had to wait a long time until one of the waiters came to reheat the fondue on the burner. And, to top it all off, when it was time to leave, we wanted to use the restroom, but we simply didn't have the courage because it was very dirty. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences in terms of service and customer care that I have ever witnessed. Every detail, from the wine to the bread, from the burner to the bathroom, reflected complete disorganization and lack of attention.

07/11/2025: We're giving it 2 stars for the decor and the mountain-like style, but that's all, really very disappointed.

29/08/2026: The galettes were delicious, nice and crispy, and served quickly. And the service was very pleasant. We stumbled upon this place by chance, but it was a lovely surprise; I highly recommend it!

27/08/2026: When I'm out and about in town, I used to enjoy eating here. This is definitely the last time I'll ever set foot in this place! A "gourmet" galette with goat cheese, bacon, walnuts, and salad was very/too sparsely filled, just in the center, and dry, for the modest sum of €11.80 😔 Very disappointed. The service was a bit odd... In short, I unfortunately do not recommend this crêperie, where a few years ago the galettes and crêpes were much better and more delicious.

22/08/2026: We felt we had to hurry to eat our crepes. Also, the crepes weren't the size of the galettes we usually eat.

22/08/2026: At Yvette's, it's almost enough to make you sulk! The staff is unwelcoming and unfriendly, and the Nutella crepe is dry and stale (it was clearly pre-cooked). We won't be back.
