03/07/2025: "The Chef who has two left arms??? Seriously, at no time did I see him use his right arm while the room was packed. I'm willing to be tolerant, but unfortunately we came on a Thursday when there was couscous, and unfortunately, a starter/main course for less than 15 euros didn't work with a burger. In short, 25.40 euros for a poor burger with disgusting industrial sauce and an all-you-can-eat starter, also industrial, plus a beer, all that to wait for an hour and a half. Seriously, reconsider...." The text I just posted is a follow-up to a Facebook post, but they banned me immediately. Seriously, go to Barnabé's, which is nearby, and I'm not from the area at all. I have no interest in trashing a restaurant, just warning future customers. I just usually eat at the Brasserie Luce in Ste Luce sur Loire which is on the opposite side, at least you will know what it is like to be well received and to eat well.

05/04/2026: That evening, there was a band called "Atlantick Floyd." What a wonderful evening with these excellent musicians! I also enjoyed the charcuterie and cheese platters, which were beautifully presented, generous, and delicious. I highly recommend this bar/brasserie, ideally located in Blain. You'll have no trouble parking as it's near the Leclerc supermarket, and if all the live music they host is as good as the band I heard, you're sure to have a great evening.

12/06/2026: Good evening, I'm contacting you. We should try to make the same galettes and crêpes in Brittany; that would be fantastic, truly fantastic, because unfortunately, that's not the case here. Galettes have very little butter, not to mention the crêpes that stick to the plates—even worse.

28/02/2026: I attended this school from 2011 to 2013, where I completed a vocational training program in service services. Thanks to this school, I was able to get back on track with my studies and achieve better grades than in previous years, all while learning a trade I enjoyed. They were always very attentive to the students, from the teachers to the student services staff and Marie DO.

17/10/2025: Super friendly welcome. Our waitress, despite her obvious stress, was always smiling and attentive. The meal was excellent, especially the perfectly cooked fish. The garnish surprised our taste buds with its delicacy and aromas. Congratulations to all the apprentices and their instructors.

10/07/2026: The waiter wasn't very knowledgeable, we didn't know what kind of beer it was, and the ingredients of the dishes were apparently unknown; it was the chef who didn't say anything about them. We were well served, though.

07/07/2026: The owner was more preoccupied with her friends than with greeting her customers, who left and said goodbye three times. Unprofessional service. July 2026.

16/11/2025: I have never seen a restaurant with such disastrous service as this place. To begin with, we ordered a glass of wine. When we went to order a second, the waiter told us that they no longer had the same wine. Shortly after, another waiter appeared and told the first one that, in fact, they did have the wine — that the first waiter simply didn't know how to look for it properly. Next, we ordered a fondue. The bread that came with it looked like homemade bread, and so far so good. But, after eating the top parts, we realized that the bottom pieces were moldy. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he said that "the bread was from that day," which was simply impossible. To make matters worse, the gel in the fondue burner ran out in the middle of the meal. We called the same waiter from the wine glass again, and he spent some time talking to the pizza maker before finally saying that it had run out. During this time, another waiter listened and argued with him once again. While all this was happening, our fondue had already hardened, and we had to wait a long time until one of the waiters came to reheat the fondue on the burner. And, to top it all off, when it was time to leave, we wanted to use the restroom, but we simply didn't have the courage because it was very dirty. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences in terms of service and customer care that I have ever witnessed. Every detail, from the wine to the bread, from the burner to the bathroom, reflected complete disorganization and lack of attention.

12/07/2026: A business is more than just serving drinks. The quality of service, interpersonal skills, and customer relations are integral parts of the profession. A business's rules can be enforced firmly without sacrificing courtesy. Self-reflection, training, or observing professionals renowned for their customer service can sometimes be a real driver of improvement. Because it's often the details of the welcome that build customer loyalty.

09/07/2026: Seriously, the second place we went to in one evening! I went in with a friend for a drink, and we were "moved" to another table because I'd moved my chair and it was touching the chair next to it (which was empty, by the way!). All the other customers turned around when they heard the waitress's (mature) tone! She did the same thing to a gentleman an hour later... The tone and manner of a businesswoman, madam!

19/05/2025: For a week I have been waiting for a quote for 12 people, the manager has not sent it to me, I am still waiting. Not TOP

13/06/2026: Overall a satisfying experience, the service was a little slow for the arrival of the dish which is understandable on a Saturday lunchtime however the restaurant was not full, the presentation is simple but effective I took a galette with smoked trout and I did not expect to see such a generous garnish.

07/06/2026: A friendly restaurant where the food is good. The owner is kind; we came from far away and they were full, but he found a solution so we could eat. The price is very reasonable, and the quality and quantity are excellent. I highly recommend it.

01/07/2026: Very disappointing. We went there to buy two cheese pretzels. One of the pretzels fell, but we were still served. The price was listed at €1.90, but we paid €4.40. Not having the correct amount, we went back to ask for our change. We weren't taken seriously; the staff coldly implied that we were being silly and that our accusations were serious, as if we had accused the cashier of being a scammer. Furthermore, the pretzel was actually €2.20, and since there was no price displayed, we had no way of knowing. Avoid at all costs!

26/06/2026: The sign says "open from 9:00 AM"... but at 9:30 AM it's still not open, even though there are staff chatting behind the curtain? Have the hours changed?

06/07/2026: Avoid this company at all costs! Their delivery times are false and unrealistic, and their customer service is practically nonexistent. Their follow-up is disastrous, and their subcontracting is opaque! In short, if you have time to waste and absolutely no deadlines to meet, avoid them at all costs!
