13/06/2026: We stopped in Chateaubriant more or less by chance during our week-long trip through Brittany. We found this restaurant thanks to Google. I have to thank them because they welcomed us even though they were closing in 10 minutes. The food was prepared very quickly and the taste was perfect. Peaceful environment, pleasant service and the best galettes I have ever had the opportunity to eat. Duck breast, baked apples and cider sauce that smelled deliciously of duck juice. Cider to drink was a matter of course. Thank you very much and I recommend this restaurant.

04/06/2026: The waiter wasn't very pleasant; he barely bothered to take out a cloth to half-wipe the seagull droppings off his table. The oysters were very poorly opened, with almost all of them still in their shells. I was told that this can happen in a rush… so everything's fine then. Luckily, it wasn't too busy that day.

The presentation of the dishes is excellent; everything is meticulously crafted. The amuse-bouche could almost be a course in itself, given its quality. The desserts are magnificent. The service is top-notch. One minor drawback: we were seated on the terrace before dinner, and the wait for cocktails was a bit long. The wine pairings during the meal were very well chosen and delicious, but the portions were a little small considering the price. 22/04/2026: Discovering the five-course Equinox menu. The setting is superb, as is the decor in the bar area. The restaurant itself is simple and understated, with nothing out of place. The staff is attentive and very pleasant. The meal was excellent, refined, and visually appealing. I highly recommend this establishment. We will return to explore other options, such as the brasserie.

20/05/2026: Sorry, I'm not giving it 5 stars. It's true, everything is homemade and very good; hats off to the owner who does the cooking—he deserves 6 stars! But the wait between courses was far too long. Two hours for two people to eat is much too long. It's a shame, but we won't be going back.
