Smiles, friendliness, simple dishes but with lots of flavor and at a low price. The only downside was that we were pressed for time and we couldn't savor this moment as much as we would have liked, that's our only regret.

When I read some of the negative comments, I clearly don't feel like we're talking about the same place! I'm always warmly welcomed, served, and advised. The products for sale, as varied as they are—bakery, pastry, and snacks—are of excellent quality, with meticulous attention paid to the selection of premium ingredients. It's pure ARTISANSHIP with a capital A; it's not industrial, and I was lucky enough to see that firsthand thanks to this workshop! I saw the fervor and passion with which these men and women work to satisfy our taste buds! And they do! So, a word to the naysayers: sign up for the workshops and hope you win so you can change your unjustified opinions!!! Thank you, Emma, ​​for this workshop!
