It's a shame, because with gentler cooking, the dessert would have been perfect. Despite this minor detail, Le Franklin remains an excellent restaurant that I would recommend without hesitation for its quality, service, and atmosphere.

23/04/2026: A wonderful discovery of this restaurant with its fresh, seasonal produce, a perfect way to end a month spent at Le Cellier in the Abat-Carre workshop. A great emphasis is placed on local products. The homemade bread arrives fresh from the oven. From appetizers to desserts, we couldn't resist! The little petits fours enhanced the flow of the meal. For wine recommendations, trust the owner. An important point: the establishment takes food allergies and intolerances into account. They were able to advise us perfectly and accommodate our needs. We will gladly return.
