Go and treat yourself to the langoustine casserole in a frothy shellfish broth with an extraordinary flavor, the peach mille-feuille with its absolutely divine mint and parsley sorbet. 07/07/2026: The best ice cream in the West, a wide variety. A treat for young and old. However, ice cream from the North Pole is hard-earned... so your patience will be sorely tested, there are often long waits. Fortunately, the team always does its best to serve you.
