12/10/2025: We had a wonderful time at Brasserie La Rocadine! The welcome was very warm from the moment we arrived: the waiters and waitresses are truly charming, attentive, and cheerful. The service is fast and pleasant, always with the aim of pleasing customers. The food is delicious, well-presented, and generous, using quality ingredients. You can tell that everything is prepared with care. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, perfect for a meal with family or friends. A special word for the owner, particularly kind and cheerful, who takes the time to interact with customers—a real plus that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this place; a place where you feel good and want to come back!

12/10/2025: Excellent value for money, a good selection of main courses and unlimited starters. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive, and the waitress was fantastic. I highly recommend it.

13/04/2026: There were two of us, and we were seated at a small table in the middle of the room next to the glass rack, even though the restaurant was practically empty. I had ordered a medium-rare burger… I've never tasted a burger so dry; the meat was overcooked, and the fries were just as dry. I had been there over a year ago and left with a good impression, but this time it was nothing like I remembered. It was also quite cold, especially when people kept coming and going with the door open, knowing it was 5°C outside…

21/03/2026: This is our second time having lunch at Glasgow. From aperitif to dessert, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Not to mention the efficient and quick service. We'll gladly be back!

07/12/2025: Dear Sir, What a welcome for a simple question: whether your establishment was open this evening. Your manner of receiving us was not only inappropriate, but completely unsuitable for a restaurant that is supposed to treat its customers with respect. We are not from Silicon Valley, nor are we here to make your life difficult—just potential customers wanting to have dinner and a pleasant experience. Clearly, this seems to be a problem for you. A shame for your image… and for the customers you are losing as a result.

28/05/2026: The exterior is very pretty, the interior a bit more basic. The young waiter was very kind and pleasant. The meal was good, but we expected better. They forgot to bring cutlery for our main course. The dessert order was taken incorrectly. We ordered an ice cream sundae (we were waiting to find out the available flavors) and a chocolate crepe, but we were brought a crème brûlée (which I sent back, having ordered a crepe) and a strawberry ice cream sundae without being told which flavors were available. The crepe was good, but there was very little chocolate. A bit disappointed.

17/05/2026: Divine, locally sourced cuisine, delicious homemade dishes, and warm, impeccable service. It's a must-try in the area. If you're ever in the region, I highly recommend this place.

10/11/2025: Homemade food, and you can taste the difference! Very warm welcome. Impeccable service. My only complaint is that there's only one dish per day, hence my 4 stars.

25/05/2026: The place is very nice, with a shaded terrace, but the welcome was unpleasant. The waiter was not at all friendly, and communicating with him was quite difficult. After several requests for lunch, he finally gave us a menu: the description of the tapas platter was nonexistent, both on the menu and from the waiter. As a result, we ordered 12 tapas for 15 euros, which was very disappointing—all fried food, and clearly not homemade. The additional plate of fries (5.40 euros) was swimming in oil and inedible.

24/05/2026: I won't rate the food as I didn't try it. However, I did want to leave a review for the (poor) quality of the service. I took the liberty of stopping to ask for a water flask to be refilled (500ml... it's not the end of the world), to which I was told that it wasn't possible without a purchase. I should mention that it was 30 degrees Celsius, I was trail running, so I was exerting myself intensely, and I had completely run out of water. Fortunately, a private individual a little further on accepted my request in a much friendlier manner! I think that when you go somewhere to eat, the kindness of the people you meet also matters.
