03/06/2026: We have stayed at this hotel several times a year for many years. We noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the room and several shortcomings, which we politely mentioned to the receptionist (not to complain, but to point them out). She even offered us breakfast and a free tourist tax as compensation. She also explained that two of the three cleaning staff were on leave and that they were training new staff, which might explain these minor inconveniences. We hope our comments will help them regain their 5-star rating for the room and services, which we have no doubt they will! 😁

The young waiter was very kind, polite, and efficient, and the manager was very professional, smiling, and friendly. She was also very pleasant. The place is lovely and inviting.
