29/09/2026: A very good experience! We really enjoyed this kebab. The portions are very generous, the prices are very reasonable, and the place is clean. The meat is excellent, well-prepared, and truly delicious. You can tell that quality and care go into the ingredients.

25/09/2026: The kebab ace lives up to its name! I'm a delivery driver throughout the Loire department (42), and for me, this is one of the best, if not the best. You can go there without hesitation. The welcome, the meat, the service, the coffee (often free)... And a little extra that makes all the difference: the finger bowl with their logo. These guys are top-notch. Well done, and long may they prosper! 🤟

12/03/2026: We had such fond memories of this restaurant from our first visit. So we came back for a second time. And it was just as wonderful!! The service was provided by a very pleasant and attentive young apprentice. The chef was accommodating and eager to please. And the hostess was as kind and passionate as ever about her work and...plants... ♡ We look forward to our next visit.

15/05/2026: This is definitely a restaurant we highly recommend. The food is excellent—I'd even say it's the real French cuisine we love: generous portions, beautifully prepared. I'm fed up with those restaurants that serve enormous plates with nothing on them. Here, everything is perfect. The best value for money in our entire region.

02/09/2026: Passing through the region, we stopped at Carsi's for a comforting meal that allowed us to recharge and set off again on the right foot for the rest of our trip. The welcome was warm, our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the games provided by the owner, and we were able to peacefully savor our delicious dishes.

13/09/2026: We came for the silk festival and waited over 20 minutes. They kept saying "we're coming, we're coming," but nothing happened. After a while, orders were taken from the tables around us, and we were still waiting, even though we'd arrived much earlier. We left. Very disappointing, poor organization.

12/07/2026: Top-notch restaurant, warm welcome with a very pleasant waitress. We also appreciated the table layout, which allowed for a bit of privacy without our neighbor watching our meal. Excellent menu with very good, fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the frogs' legs, which are surely the best around here. We had a wonderful evening in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

29/08/2026: Lovely menu. Perfect location with easy parking. Pleasant terrace. Warm service. I had a very good ribeye steak, cooked exactly as I'd hoped. Delicious seasonal fruit tart for dessert. I highly recommend it.

06/09/2026: Disappointing. Very basic cuisine. One would expect more original and well-prepared dishes for a €30 menu. Half a croque monsieur as a starter is not very satisfying for that price. The waitress's smile must have been optional that day...

20/06/2026: I stayed at this hotel for a business trip on Wednesday, June 17th, without having chosen it myself as it was booked by my company. The room was spacious and very clean, and the furnishings were rather minimalist but sufficient for me. However, the bedding was a bit too firm for my liking, and the bathroom could use a little updating. As for the service, I have no complaints; the staff was friendly and welcoming. That evening, there was a football match on that I really wanted to watch, but unfortunately, after a storm a few days earlier, some TV channels were missing, including the one broadcasting the match. One of the employees offered to set up a Chromecast cable that belonged to her personally (which she obviously wasn't obligated to do). That's what I call excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful to her! The restaurant is pleasant, the home-style cooking is good quality, and the prices are quite reasonable for the time of year. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome.

The surroundings were wonderful, the welcome was warm and friendly, the staff were very attentive, the cleanliness was excellent, and the meals were very good and prepared on-site – everything was more than perfect. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely return. Plus, they accept dogs – everything you need for a great stay. Thank you!

28/08/2026: A little disappointed, the pastries were overcooked and the taste wasn't great. The mini rolls for €0.25 were a great idea! One small drawback: the saleswoman wasn't very friendly.

26/08/2026: Following a purchase from one of their boat owners, whom they managed both mechanically and with paperwork, it turns out I was completely ripped off. A con artist with a hidden defect on the outboard motor (bypassing all the engine and ECM safety features to start it with a well-concealed wire, faulty voltage regulator, fuel pump relay, and after all these mishaps, I had a complete overhaul done, and there it was... a metal-filled hole in the engine block around the thermostat housing, with a gaping hole). Of course, the thermostat and water pressure valve were missing. The repair budget skyrocketed. And of course, no recourse. Purchased in winter, first used in spring with the first problems, and hauled out for a week in August with the engine overheating. My week-long vacation in Marseillan Plage was completely ruined. People's dishonesty will eventually be punished. I am not grateful.

12/08/2026: To order, go to the counter. The scannable menu isn't up to date, but it might have been updated after our visit. Otherwise, the atmosphere is great, both visually and aurally, and the manager is very friendly. Go for it!

26/09/2026: This is the second time we've dined at this upscale bistro in Firminy. The service is very professional, and the bistro dishes are generous, carefully prepared, and presented. For wine lovers, there's a two-page wine list. It's a bit more expensive than your average bistro, but since we don't go every night, I prefer to pay for quality.

22/09/2026: I was very disappointed by this experience: after a month of waiting, I was finally told they couldn't accommodate my group of 30 people. The response time was frankly disrespectful, especially since the phone conversation with the owner was particularly unpleasant. For me, this experience alone is enough to make me not recommend this establishment. In response: Clearly, customer feedback doesn't matter: management has chosen to justify its practices rather than question them. My numerous follow-ups, made because I was promised a quick quote, have been ignored, as has the contradiction regarding the possibility that a group of 30 might disturb other customers. I've never left such a negative Google review, which should perhaps prompt management to examine how they handle this type of request. If, from the very first call, they had simply told me, "We don't take groups of 30," this whole situation would have been resolved immediately. There's no point in replying with excuses that aren't really excuses. Thank you.
