We haven't eaten so well for a long time in a restaurant with managers who understand their job and who do it with heart and a smile. Thanks also to the young waitress for her kindness. 28/10/2024: This is a nice, delicious and promising break. Run by a beautiful youth with a committed smile and more welcoming than a sea of ​​ink and that’s a pleasure!!! The cuisine is simple and we happily excuse culinary antics. The table is simple but the cuisine is generous and without fuss. The St Vaast oysters are to die for and the dessert you really have to try is the mamaiiiiia homemade vanilla crème brûlée! We must encourage and come in large numbers! And too bad if cooking the duck breast in beautifully crafted slices is found like slices of rusk instead of a beautiful rosé from Provence I would come back and even put my napkin ring there

01/09/2024: Des produits locaux avec une originale touche asiatique, un service très sympathique et bien sûr une vue exceptionnelle sur la pointe d'Agon et le havre de la Sienne , tout pour passer un excellent moment. La carte un peu courte, c'est le seul reproche.

29/08/2024: Très bel emplacement au bord du havre. Un peu exposé au vent en soirée, prévoir une veste. Recettes faites maison et locales, nos assiettes étaient vides. Bon repas. Service plutôt rapide, équipé souriante et agréable.

28/08/2024: Coming to have lunch with the family, the Malte farm enchanted us. The setting is magnificent and tastefully arranged, we were even able to see a squirrel in the garden! We were very well received and served with fresh and tasty dishes, thank you!

09/09/2024: Auf der Durchreise machten wir hier Station. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein riesiger Parkplatz. Das Bistro ist klein, aber urgemütlich. Man muss reservieren. Der Service durch die 3 reizenden Damen war tadellos. Und essen kann man auch noch gut. Klasse waren die mit Camenbert überbackenen Austern, die Moules Marinières und die Käseplatte.

23/08/2024: On the road to Brittany along the N12 (without detour) just before crossing the Couesnon take a “good food” break. Rewarded by Gault et Millau in 2023 and 2024, they really deserve it. We all took the square of pre-salted and it is a marvel THANK YOU. Washed down with an excellent Hautes Côtes de Beaune it was great. Mrs. Xerri in the kitchen and Mr. in the dining room. The menu is very short, seasonal and that's good, local products (4km for lamb...). It's a really good restaurant so a few minutes for your food to cook and they brought us some appetizers to help us wait! I will definitely come back.

02/09/2024: Anlässlich unserer 3 1/2 wöchigen Rundreise durch die Normandie und Bretagne besuchten wir in Cherbourgh mittags das Le Patio . Äußerlich ein sehr geschmackvolles und angenehmes Restaurant, der Service war ruhig und aufmerksam. Kleine Speisekarte (je 3 Gerichte ) auf einer Tafel , sowohl die Vorspeise (Ravioli) als auch das Hauptgericht (Fleisch) bis hin zum Dessert (Käse /Schoko) waren absolut Spitze ! Waren häufiger auch mittags essen , zusammen mit Wein , Kaffe , Wasser für einen unschlagbaren Preis ! Vielen Dank , das Essen war ein Genuss und eine Freude !

29/07/2024: We ate here on a Saturday evening after a long sail from Southampton. We had visited previously and had really enjoyed it. This visit did not disappoint. The food was again excellent - full of flavour and beautifully presented. We both had the Charolais steak, which was cooked to perfection (saignant, of course!), and accompanied by a rich tasty jus and roasted vegetables. Starters of veal medallions and salt and pepper crusted salmon were equally delicious. Service was professional and friendly, and very efficient. The wine list may have also been excellent, but when we asked nicely whether we could bring our own wines (as we did last time) we were able to do this, so did not need to consult their list. All in all, this was again an amazing evening: outstanding food, friendly and efficient service, with the option of the “droit de bouchon” (corkage) as well. Chapeau, Le Patio!

19/11/2024: Venus à Cherbourg pour une expo photo, nous avions eu une journée chargée et à proximité de notre hôtel, sans avoir très faim mais ne voulant nous coucher le ventre vide, il y avait ce restaurant qui après consultation de quelques commentaires sur le net nous a rassuré. Bien entendu il vaut mieux réserver dans ces cas là car c'était bien plein et les salles ne sont pas très grandes. Cependant nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux et notre serveuse s'est pliée en 4 pour nous satisfaire. Cuisine exotique et généreuse que nous ne connaissions pas, un peu relevée à juste dose mais excellente. Si nous passons de nouveau à Cherbourg, nous y retournerons avec plaisir mais cette fois en réservant.

06/11/2024: Ce restaurant sans prétention apparente vous régale. Vous trouverez des plats excellents et copieux pour un prix raisonnable . Je recommande chaudement.
