01/02/2026: Passing through, we booked a table at this very cute little restaurant; cozy atmosphere, attentive waiter, and very good food.

11/01/2026: It's outrageous to pay €19.80 for an all-you-can-eat buffet that's anything but all-you-can-eat. On a Saturday night, we arrived at 8:15 pm, had a drink, and decided to eat. It was 9 pm. Suddenly, there were no more appetizers or desserts, and the waitress told us, "That's just how it is." We knew the food wasn't exceptional, but at least have the decency to be polite and refill your plates. I feel sorry for the people who arrived after us. Avoid this place if you're hungry after 8:30 pm.

21/12/2025: Dinner for two, "discovery" menu. The welcome, the setting, and the service were truly top-notch. The food was excellent, with a special mention for the pheasant! A pure moment of relaxation; I highly recommend it.

23/01/2026: The place is very beautiful, a lovely building with spacious rooms. The food was very good with truly varied flavors. My only complaint was the dish with the salted lamb; I was disappointed by its crude presentation and excessive mushrooms. Finally, the reorganization of the adjoining room was quite noisy and not very suitable for a quiet meal.

18/01/2026: A must-visit in Carentan. Impeccable welcome and service. We arrived late without a reservation, but the owner found us a small table. Océane is a waitress like no other, always smiling and attentive. Not to mention the pizzas, which are delicious. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality. We will definitely be back. I would also like to comment on a review I read about this restaurant: calling at 12:45 pm for a large group is something few restaurateurs would accept, especially when demanding to be served quickly. A little more respect in the Google review would have been appreciated.

13/01/2026: Discovered this restaurant yesterday at lunchtime! We arrived at 1:30 pm without a reservation! We received a very warm welcome from the owner! The waitress, Oceane, was incredibly kind, and the owner made us delicious pizzas! A very pleasant time with a friend ❤️

15/01/2026: To celebrate the end of the year, a few friends and I came for brunch! Everything was excellent and plentiful!! The flavors were spot-on, the ingredients were well-prepared and presented, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it!!

03/11/2025: Myself & family stayed in Le Tôt for a holiday in 1998, 27 years ago! My then wife & I patronised the bar regularly and I remember that le Patron was impressed at my ability to pack away the Calvados during that week. When I finished his bottle of calva 'fine' he let me migrate to 'hors d'Age' at the same price. Top fellow!

11/02/2026: Delicious food & such warm & friendly staff! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. I had the pork shoulder with Camembert sauce & mashed potatoes. The pork was to die for! Soo yummy. My family had the braised beef & mussels. All wonderful! I highly recommend!
