22/09/2024: Quality not consistent. First experiences very good. Latest catastrophic experiences. Not great veal head, undrinkable red wine in the glass, cordon bleu cooked in expired oil bath and tough veal. In short, the last 3 meals were not great. I do not recommend and I will not come back again.

13/12/2024: Meal taken this afternoon, well received, friendly waitress and very good meal, I would return with pleasure.

18/11/2024: The price on the site is wrong... 20th for duck mousse, non-homemade steak and fries + 3rd plate of cheese unrelated to the region (brie, munster platreu.) Much more expensive than a French meal package

03/11/2024: We had a great evening with family around a delicious, sumptuously prepared meal. The price is very reasonable for the quality offered. The service is very professional, there is no downside.

31/08/2024: It was the first time we came to eat, and we were very disappointed. A welcome that was deplorable, no smile, we almost had the impression of being a nuisance.. As soon as we were seated, the waitress came directly to see us to see if we wanted to drink something; we didn't have a menu to look at what the restaurant offered as an aperitif. My partner took a breaded escalope, he insisted when ordering that he did not want vegetables or sauce. The waitress replied without diplomacy that it is written on the menu that there is only vegetables and fries and no sauce! I myself had a pizza which was honestly not great, the dough had no taste, I felt like I was eating cardboard. We waited for the waitress to come and clear up and offer us the dessert menu, unfortunately the wait was too long so we preferred to leave. During checkout, the waitress took the liberty of addressing us on familiar terms, I found that a little inappropriate, especially since before wanting to address customers on familiar terms, they would first have to smile at them. The waitresses seem completely overwhelmed, I think there is a lot of lack of organization in this restaurant. Waitresses who are not made for this profession to my taste, no waitress asked us if the meal had gone well if we enjoyed it or if everything was okay during the meal. the table that was right next to us was just as disappointed the waitress who got the wrong wine etc etc..

17/12/2024: Nice place, with a good location. But unfortunately the staff only speaks French, or very very limited English. Which is a problem as they don't even have an interest in using their knowledge of the language to meet the international customer. We had intended to eat three courses but ended up leaving the restaurant disappointed after two courses. The starters (Pate Lorrain and Escargots) were in themselves quite okay, but the main courses (Entrecote) were not okay. First, they mixed up our dishes with different degrees of doneness, and none of them were particularly close to the one ordered. The pieces of meat were also not cut straight, but extremely unevenly thick, i.e. in one case, cut through at one end and raw at the other. Undoubtedly among the worse entrecotes we have eaten in France, and we have eaten many over the years. In addition, it was obvious that the dishes had been left under a heat lamp for a long time as the sauce had a thick film. When we were asked if everything was okay, and answered that maybe it wasn't, the waiter started blaming the kitchen, and that the waiter was innocent. Instead of thinking about how to turn a dissatisfied customer into a slightly less dissatisfied customer For us, it was of course uninteresting who did what, or why it turned out the way it did. Disappointed, we left the restaurant, and will not be coming back, and went out to the Christmas market in the nearby square, which was truly amazing, before returning to our nice hotel.

17/12/2024: We had reservations, we came expecting to taste wonderful things. We might as well tell you that we were very surprised to see the boss set fire to his pregnant waitress, who requested an absence for an appointment related to the upcoming birth. Indeed, we did not taste good things. Only the stupidity of an ungrateful and rude man. We did not want to give a single cent to a man like him and decided to leave immediately. “Being pregnant is not an illness,” he says, nor is being stupid.

03/12/2025: I was there as a training facilitator. We were a group of 12 people. The meeting rooms are very functional with all the necessary equipment. Welcome coffee and pastries were provided in the meeting room, as well as water. The food was home-style but very good with a good selection. The staff is super friendly. See you soon 😉

21/11/2025: I went there to attend a work training course because they have rooms available for rent. No problems with the rooms or equipment. You can eat lunch there. It costs €10 for a main course and a side (starter or dessert). But you can easily order more by paying extra 😀 Parking is available in their reserved spaces, subject to availability. If many rooms are booked, there will be a shortage of spaces. The surrounding area has paid parking.

16/12/2023: Nothing to say, a quick welcome and service, in a good mood, employees always smiling which is very pleasant. Finally I would finish with a big thank you to the waitress who took care of us, and for taking the time to admire my 2 baby crabs found in a mussel.

30/11/2023: The setting is very pretty, simple and unpretentious, the food is good and the value for money is quite correct.

01/09/2024: Dîner agréable en famille sur la terrasse. Cuisine bonne, service décevant, on ne nous a pas demandé si nous désirions prendre du vin avec les plats, Nous nous sommes déplacés pour aller chercher une bouteille d’eau.Verre cassé au sol dangereux, verre fêlé sur la table, éclairage un peu léger. . Prix corrects. Bonne soirée.

31/08/2024: Great discovery in a magnificent green setting! Sophisticated and delicious dish and dessert. Exceptional service. I recommend without hesitation.

21/08/2024: Beautiful restaurant located in a magnificent location in the country of Bitche, Hasselfurth pond and its beautiful paths and hiking trails. Careful cuisine, tempting menus, daily menu with cheap cold and hot buffets in summer. To advise
