25/11/2025: A very pleasant evening in Amélie-les-Bains where we discovered the cuisine of Chef Cédric Stutz (Les Glycines in Arles-sur-Tech). From the appetizer to the dessert, we enjoyed delicately presented dishes, and our taste buds were delighted by the light and aromatic flavors! What an excellent idea to have organized this musical evening with such a delicious meal! A huge thank you again! We'll definitely be back!

21/11/2025: With no bus available and wandering alone in Arles, I went to their place to warm up and eat. I left with only one thought in mind: to go back as soon as possible!! Incredible food, amazing staff… it’s much more than a restaurant, it’s a veritable digestive storm! Thank you again to the whole team for your welcome, your hospitality (even with my big suitcase…) and above all: don’t change a thing, you’re fantastic!!

21/10/2025: Having been regulars here for several years, we're always very well received, summer and winter alike. Fréd and Valérie are radiant and extraordinarily energetic. Everything about the restaurant is delicious! A gourmet regional menu suitable for both children and adults, and if that's still not enough, they know how to adapt. As for the food truck, the pizzas are excellent, and the snacks and refreshments served in the idyllic setting on the shores of Lake Passet are sure to provide a joyful and exotic experience. A must-do, time and again. 👍👍👍 Well done.

21/01/2026: I went to this restaurant with my family for Christmas. What can I say? The two owners are incredibly attentive to their guests. We were pampered from the amuse-bouche to dessert. I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reason: the chef tried too hard. His cuisine is very technical, and the presentation is magnificent. The only problem is that too much effort and complexity detract from the enjoyment of the food. Arctic char, a fish with delicate flesh, doesn't stand up to an overpowering ingredient. The citrus sauce, however, doesn't suit it. It's too strong and throws off the balance of flavors. Chef, simplify your cooking, and you'll be at the top!

30/10/2025: Visited as a family during the All Saints' Day holiday. The setting and atmosphere weren't great, but the waiter was quite efficient. The main drawback was the food, which wasn't to our taste... the fish soup was too salty, served with stale bread instead of croutons, and the rouille was bland. The red mullet fillet was unseasoned and served with lukewarm mashed potatoes, all swimming in oil... On the other hand, the children's menu was a hit. Very mixed feelings.

11/01/2026: Excellent restaurant with a lovely, quiet terrace. A major plus is the restaurant's private parking, which makes parking easy for the day if you've made a reservation.

25/01/2025: Above all, never give your bank imprint on their website, we were debited 198 euros without our agreement because we were forced to cancel our reservation 24 hours before the scheduled date due to death. I would like to point out that we were charged the day before our reservation. Despite several requests and reminders, we have never been reimbursed. No compassion, no respect for the law. You cannot be a renowned restaurant by using such practices.
