(According to the answer below it is not the manager... so I confirm that it is indeed this restaurant and the person I am talking about provided telephone and physical reception last Saturday. She is a blonde woman in her sixties.) I am responding to your message again. 1) we have made several prestigious tables with smart box, there is always a suitable menu which is even visible on the smart box site, you are the first restaurant which does not wish to communicate the menu neither via the smart box site, nor during from the reservation to the telephone. What is the goal? We actually had food intolerances we needed to know the menu when booking by phone, but you replied that the chef will accommodate in all cases. We insisted by telling you that even if the chef offered us something that suited our intolerances it might not suit our tastes, and that we needed to know so as not to find ourselves ordering something by default. . The chef's proposals can't be unlimited anyway? Even though you have no idea what foods we like or don't like, you replied annoyed that he will adapt anyway. We were very surprised but we still made the trip out of curiosity. 2) Arriving in front of the restaurant, it was actually not yet 7 p.m. we only wanted to locate it and take a look around the village but you invited us to go inside. 3) once in the restaurant we thought you could FINALLY have access to the menu!! But still not 🤣 you huffed and indicated that you still hadn't had lunch. What class. Once you had quietly finished your lunch you came straight to us to ask for the smart boxes, that borders on rudeness. The customer asks you for the menu, and you ask for payment. It’s appalling. 4) during our telephone conversation you were so insistent on not giving us the menu that you forgot to tell us to print the smart box. And we wouldn't have made the trip if that were the case. Indeed you didn't know it but we had no way of printing, we were on a weekend in the region. So if you had told us as you claimed we would have gone to another restaurant, which is what we ultimately did. And for the final restaurant reservation, we took the initiative to ask if it was necessary to have the printed voucher. The restaurant told us that it was indeed better to have it printed but if that was not the case they would take care of it. We asked if we could be denied access, to which they replied “certainly not”. Surely you lack professionalism. In any case you have to accept that your way of doing things is quite confusing, a customer is charmed by a menu, by the welcome and by the service of a restaurant. To conclude, I simply do not recommend smart box experiences in your establishment.

18/08/2024: Nous avons passé un bon moment dans ce restaurant. Excellent rapport qualité prix, quasiment imbattables, pour le menu à 27 euros entré, plat, dessert. Carte réduite mais garantie que les produits sont frais. L’accueil ainsi que l’amabilité du personnel pourrait être améliorée cependant malgré un service efficace.

20/08/2024: Great discovery. We went there 2 evenings in a row because the choice of dishes and the taste were so present. The plates are generous and the fish and meat offerings are daring. Thank you and congratulations to the chef and his brigade, as well as to the team in the dining room.

22/09/2024: We had dinner at Neptune last night, what a treat! Everything was perfect: the welcome, the service, the meal, the atmosphere and the setting! The dishes are beautiful, good and plentiful; the service is very pleasant and the setting is magnificent. The free parking available is a real plus! The restaurant is worthy of a Michelin star, you can go there with your eyes closed!

08/09/2024: Great 👌 Very pleasant service from a welcoming, smiling and very professional person. Very good pancakes, pleasantly surprised by the Roquefort cream. If you like white chocolate, don't hesitate to get the white chocolate crepe, it's just the right amount to taste without being "too" sweet. The terrace is shaded and in a corner so not directly on the street. The establishment is also very clean.

12/09/2024: The cold soup with melon was an excellent start. Next I had the cod, followed by the souffle, both excellent. My son gave the mint sorbet with berry pastry two big thumbs up!

11/09/2024: Fantastic experience. Small restaurant found by chance and not planned. It turned out to be the best dinner I had in France in ten days of travel. Run by a couple of rather young friends, chefs and managers. The manager takes care of the customers, in a jovial and helpful manner, the chef decides everything related to the food. We opted for a 4-course menu for 35 euros (there is also a 5-course menu for 42 euros) and a good bottle of wine. The courses were studied and balanced, an explosion of flavors combined in the right way. The Chef knows what he is doing. I didn't like it: - slightly too long waiting times between one course and another. - absence of tablecloth or placemat under the plate - dishes with a too rough bottom, unpleasant sensation on the fork.

08/09/2024: We ate twice at the table and both times it was a great experience. Modern cuisine full of flavor and lightness. A chef who has enough control to adapt to customers’ diets on the fly. Very fine and very original assortments with great mastery of wine/food pairings. A very friendly team and a gastro restaurant with enormous potential to become a great one in Perpignan.

23/09/2024: Smiling owners and staff. Warm atmosphere. The dishes are copious and very well prepared. My wife cooks very, very well, and I am therefore very picky because I am used to very well composed dishes. Well, I got my money's worth, and I enjoyed myself. I only find good qualities in their cuisine, traditional and sophisticated.

01/09/2024: A luxurious place that is clean and aesthetically beautiful overall. The breakfast buffet is good and the team is very attentive. The restaurant menu was excellent, both the tuna and the desserts. The negative points: Light bulb burned out in the room, window door broken on arrival without solution or compensation the next day, toilet seat with urine stain, if you take a room on the ground floor you will hear your neighbors upstairs or the barking of animals in the room. the hotel in the evening. No explanation for the morning buffet, eggs and coffee are to order. There is very little space for many customers. Would it be better to organize 2 services in the morning? The beauty/bath products were opened and already used in my friends room. On the other hand, the suite booked 10 days previously was impeccable with a beautiful jacuzzi and a balcony with a view of the swimming pool. No worries about insulation. The parking lot is secure. I recommend this place despite a few negative points. Ps: the beach is 20 minutes away 👍🏽

11/08/2024: ideally located, south of Perpignan, very close to the Vermeil coast and not far from the Spanish border, this place is worth a detour! We will return there for the welcome at reception, the attention of the waiters and its gourmet restaurant! The price may seem prohibitive, but it is in relation to the services offered. WELL DONE
