03/07/2025: A great place to stay in Croix-Rousse! The setting is warm, with a typical Lyon bistro atmosphere, friendly but not noisy. The dishes are generous, well-presented, and delicious—special mention goes to the tartare and daily specials, which are often original and well-executed. The service is friendly and efficient, even during busy periods. One small drawback: the prices are a little high for some dishes, but the quality is there. A great discovery for a meal with friends or as a couple!

12/06/2025: What a wonderful bistro. We didn’t book but managed to get an early table as walk in’s (do book). The food was simply excellent and clearly cooked by chefs who really knew how to treat the beautiful local produce. We wished we were staying longer as we no doubt would have eaten here many times. Also the wine list is excellent and our set menu (with lots of choice) was great value.

06/08/2024: Blind Menu: Perfect from start to finish. Fine and refined cuisine. Perfect pairings for each dish and above all lightness. Homemade bread, a real treat!!! And what about the dessert... A flawless one for this restaurant. I highly recommend!!!

Pairing food and wine is a pleasure of discovery; the wines were simply fantastic. Well done ! A team that can be very proud of the service offered. This moment will remain engraved, that's for sure.

28/09/2024: A truly subpar experience, the macaroni gratin should be avoided because it is classic and uninteresting. A decent starter and a good espresso, that’s all.

28/09/2024: Very disappointed for this second experience in the space of three years. Plain plates, even though they were stamped with the name of the brasserie, dinner upstairs in rooms that make you think you are alone. Fries on the side are not possible. You have to constantly ask several times for water and bread. On the other hand, very friendly waiters and waitresses.

04/07/2025: Second time I've come, and second time it's the same... We waited 20 minutes for just an ice cream and a milkshake, having to ask the server again. The service is very, very slow! There's a real sense of a lack of organization and optimization in the service department. It's a shame because I would have really liked to try the food, but it makes you think. I hope it will be improved one day because it looks good!

02/07/2025: We had a charcuterie board mid-afternoon with a drink. A good point because we were able to eat something, but it was just a stopgap, so we weren't going there to enjoy a meal.

16/09/2024: The staff here are superb. We have limited French, and we managed to all communicate about what was on the menu. This felt like a really authentic bouchon experience.

13/09/2024: Un bouchon authentique, avec une carte parfaitement claire et conforme à ce qu'on attend d'un bouchon. Le pathé en croute est une tuerie, l'andouilette était parfaite et la patron naturel et avenant le top ! je rcommande

06/09/2024: A little nugget in the middle of nowhere. A “like at home” atmosphere, a timeless vintage version. The cuisine is tasty (special mention for the Chef's specialty and her Crying Tiger). The pastry chef treated us to a cream egg to die for 😋 All orchestrated by a charming serving couple. Go there with your eyes closed and an empty stomach 👌☺️ Every lunchtime and only Friday evening.

07/10/2024: I rarely leave reviews but for Ambiance&Saveurs and the future bride and groom looking for a caterer, I couldn't do otherwise. We got married this weekend at Château La Gallée (the venue is magnificent) and Ambiance&Saveurs was simply brilliant and that's not a strong enough word. Our guests were delighted, several asked me for the contact details of my caterer. Whether it was the waiters or the maître d' (sorry I forgot her first name), you largely contributed to making this day perfect. Thanks also to Charlène for all the preparation! Thank you all for taking such great care of us and our guests! Future newlyweds, don't hesitate, go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed!

A huge thank you to Charlène for her contagious good humor, her exemplary professionalism and her kindness, always listening despite our sometimes unforeseen requests. Thanks also to Lionel for his remarkable creativity and exceptional management of the team on the big day. You all were incredible, and we sincerely thank you for everything, from start to finish. 03/10/2024: Our recent visit to Bouchon Les Lyonnaise in Lyon was a culinary delight. We opted for the Menus des Soyeux that gives you a full set. My wife and I shared this and just added another main. The Onion Tart with Greek Salad was a very interesting and delightful starter. For the main from the set, we chose the Quenelle. If you like to eat fish and seafood, this dish is for you. We also added Ravioli eu Gratin as an extra main (outside of the set), which was a hot, comforting and satisfying addition. To conclude our meal, we indulged in a Gourmet Coffee with Assortment of Desserts. The coffee was expertly brewed, and the desserts were a delightful assortment of Lyonnaise treats. The service at Bouchon Les Lyonnaise was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel welcome.
