26/01/2026: The owners are very welcoming, the rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast is generous, and the meals are prepared by a true professional. Plus, my dog ​​was welcomed with open arms. As for the view, it's magnificent. The countryside is peaceful and relaxing. You can go on beautiful hikes and see the lovely Château de Montmelas. I will definitely be back.

12/04/2026: The service is very fast, and you can tell they're rushing to make way for the next customers, which isn't very pleasant. For brunch, it seems not all the pastries are from the same source; some are fresh, and others may have been frozen, which is a shame. For me, a €32 brunch with such limited choices, difficult access to the buffet because there's little space and almost everything is on the high counter, is unacceptable. The service wasn't very friendly either. I don't recommend it.

05/04/2026: Don't come just for a drink on Sunday when they're serving brunch… No one will come to see you or offer you a menu, and you'll get a rude face. They take care of all the other tables except ours and are reluctant to pull up a third chair for us. We got up and left. What a shame. Before the restaurant responds, I'd like to add that three other tables were seated and served for brunch after us while we were still waiting for the menus.

10/05/2026: Very disappointed. This used to be a good table, not anymore. Booked a table of 12 indoor for a private function; upon arrival we were seated outside on benches! The food was very average. I have ordered a 50€ "pièce de boeuf d'exception", the only thing exceptional about it was its size. The cook got the temperature wrong (asked for bloody, it clearly was not), the bernaise sauce scented canned mayo, ... Coffees were served BEFORE desert, not with or after, before. I have never seen this anywhere else. There are much better options with better value elsewhere. I suspect that most reviews on this listing are fake. The number of covers seen served at lunch on a busy, sunny Saturday just does not match up with the number of reviews (letting alone the fact that most are 5 stars).

28/04/2026: Waitress was not helpful and behaved bothered. Asked about a leek and kiwi dish, was told “it’s made with leeks.” Thanks not helpful. The chicken is mediocre and way overpriced. Automatically chose USD for me when I paid, costing me more. Waitress pretended to not understand. Hard pass is my advice.

25/05/2026: Restaurant closed following a hygiene inspection. Truly shameful.

24/05/2026: I work right next door, and several colleagues had already mentioned problems after eating there. Personally, I had a stomach ache after going. Seeing the administrative closure today for serious hygiene breaches, lack of cleaning, improper storage, and absence of health inspections clearly confirms that there was a real problem. A restaurant to avoid.

04/07/2025: Second time I've come, and second time it's the same... We waited 20 minutes for just an ice cream and a milkshake, having to ask the server again. The service is very, very slow! There's a real sense of a lack of organization and optimization in the service department. It's a shame because I would have really liked to try the food, but it makes you think. I hope it will be improved one day because it looks good!

02/07/2025: We had a charcuterie board mid-afternoon with a drink. A good point because we were able to eat something, but it was just a stopgap, so we weren't going there to enjoy a meal.

The venue is superb, we had a room all to ourselves, the food was delicious and homemade, and the welcome, service, and atmosphere were all perfect for a memorable evening. While the flavors are well-crafted, the portions are far too small. It's almost a gourmet experience: each dish is more like an appetizer than a full meal. It leaves you wanting more.
