The restaurant cooks fresh, locally sourced ingredients to order and can adapt certain dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions, which is a real plus. The service was impeccable. The wait was a little long because everything is prepared fresh to order. The dishes were delicious and generous, the atmosphere warm and cozy, and the decor tastefully baroque. The owner is very attentive in the dining room and takes great care of his guests, sharing his experiences; it's truly delightful. He's very friendly. We will definitely return to this establishment.
