05/08/2026: Disappointment!!! This was our third visit. It will be the last. There were only 3 tables in the dining room! Starter: terrine... No preparation required, just presentation... The starters took 50 minutes to arrive! The portions have been reduced, which is a real shame. This used to be our favorite little restaurant on the slopes...

11/10/2026: A nice choice for traditional Lyon cuisine. The Saucisson en brioche and Lyon salad as starters were good. While the main course didn't particularly appeal to me, the fact that starters are served as a set if you only choose the main course is good for trying different things.

30/09/2026: The dishes looked tempting, but honestly, we found the portions really small considering the price, and while the food was good, it wasn't anything extraordinary in our opinion. The service, however, was excellent, and the restaurant was very beautiful.

27/09/2026: Overall, a truly wonderful gastronomic experience. The cuisine was excellent: we found the flavors, precision, and expertise one expects from an establishment of this caliber. The service also perfectly mastered the codes of haute cuisine. However, only one point left us with a rather unpleasant feeling. The chef came to greet the other tables around us but skipped ours. He finally returned very briefly at the end, giving the impression that his visit was somewhat forced. We obviously don't know the reason for this, but this difference in attention struck us and slightly marred an experience that, in terms of both cuisine and service, was excellent.

23/09/2026: My wife and I discovered Christophe Roure's cuisine when he didn't yet have a Michelin star, then when he did, and again last night to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It's still just as exceptional. His culinary work is consistently outstanding! Thank you to Mr. Roure and his team.

18/10/2026: A truly wonderful discovery in Lyon! The welcome was particularly warm, even on a Sunday, and the restaurant's intimate atmosphere invites you to fully savor the moment. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was excellent. The staff is also very pleasant, attentive, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you'd like to experience the authenticity of a true Lyonnais bouchon, enjoying a convivial meal in a charming setting, I highly recommend this restaurant, one of Lyon's original bouchons. A wonderful experience that I will definitely repeat!
