24/11/2025: A perfect neighborhood restaurant in the middle of a residential no-man's-land, in the heart of Lyon's 8th arrondissement medical district, near the Natecia Clinic and the funeral home district!
A great little neighborhood restaurant, just the way we like them, with regulars at the bar and a bartender who creates a lively atmosphere: darts are on the agenda.
A warm welcome and atmosphere, and good, simple, homemade food: a set menu and a glass of wine 🍷 all for under €25.
Thank you to La Maison du Petit Régal for the comfort and this welcome meal on a rainy day, an hour before attending a funeral. Highly recommended!

05/04/2026: We spent an evening there with friends. We initially came to eat, but were a little disappointed by the rather limited food options. However, we eventually found something we liked, and it was delicious!
It's also worth noting that the atmosphere is very pleasant, and the service is very friendly :)

11/03/2026: A very nice restaurant with a typical Lyonnais atmosphere. Excellent service, good quality ingredients, well explained. One star less because, for the price of the dishes, I found the portions, especially the side dishes, a bit stingy (3 pieces of potato with the brains, for example, whereas in some bouchons, at slightly lower prices, they leave the casserole on the table). The brains also lacked a bit of depth in their seasoning. However, the eggs mayonnaise and dessert were good.

01/04/2026: A refined atmosphere and impeccable service. The staff is very friendly, has a great sense of humor, and is incredibly efficient. We were there for a friend's 60th birthday. The meal was perfect, exquisite, and the presentation was worthy of a Michelin star. We'll definitely be back.

19/03/2026: My first visit, and a very enjoyable experience! The welcome and service were charming, and the place was pleasant. The food offered a diverse selection of dishes, all delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
I highly recommend this place.
03/02/2026: A restaurant we return to regularly: the welcome is top-notch, the food is consistently high-quality with fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the prices are quite reasonable.
One minor drawback that doesn't detract from the enjoyment of the experience: the main dining room is very noisy after the rush when customers arrive around 12:15/12:30 pm, and believe me, given the quality of the dishes, they're always packed! Our advice: arrive a little earlier, and you'll have all the peace and quiet (and all their smiles!) to yourself: a true ray of sunshine!
