28/08/2026: A wonderful experience! We dined at the gourmet restaurant, opting for the tasting menu. All the dishes were delicious (only fish dishes). In fact, when we made our reservation, we had requested vegetarian meals. The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. The dining room is very comfortable and the view of Lyon is magnificent.

24/08/2026: Lunch on an August day: very quiet but a very friendly waiter! The beef tartare was delicious and of high quality, accompanied by wonderfully crispy sautéed potatoes. The glass of white wine that came with it and the gourmet coffee to finish the meal were also excellent. A very good restaurant in an authentic setting!

06/08/2026: I opted for the Very Hungry menu. We started with open-faced sandwiches accompanied by exceptional sourdough bread, which paired perfectly with the butter and jam. The veal tartare was also excellent. The only negative point was the timing of the service: we received our main courses while we were still eating the open-faced sandwiches. Personally, I think it would have been better to serve them a few minutes later. Five minutes of respite would allow us to fully enjoy the menu and appreciate these superb dishes even more.

06/06/2026: We loved this romantic moment. We were welcomed as if we were family. The food was delicious, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. We'll be back!

25/06/2026: Very nice stay in Mi Hotel Tour Rose - Terracotta room and Ocre room. The hotel is perfectly situated exactly where we wanted to stay ; old town Lyon. Everything was great and accurately portrayed on internet. Service is a bit complicated to reach, but when we successfully reached them they were very nice and quick to act. As the hotel does not have any on-site employees, if we needed something, such as new towels, or if we had an issue with our room, we had to contact them by phone. As we did not have an international phone plan we had to borrow phones from restaurants to reach them. And they are not always available as the line is frequently busy. We had to call several times and on two different occasions.

29/05/2026: Always excellent, with a preference for rooms overlooking the courtyard. Unbeatable value for money. One suggestion (I know it's not your business model, but) => put a bottle of chilled water in the rooms upon arrival. See you soon!
