01/06/2026: As a family, we found a warm welcome and excellent cuisine at Le Bouzeron: a simple and contemporary decor, entirely homemade dishes, just the right portions, and clean flavors. The service was discreet and professional, perfect for a convivial meal where each dish reveals true expertise.

However, I was a little disappointed by a few bites that lacked real flavor; and I was puzzled by the additional plates served alongside the main course, meant to offer further variations, but which, in my opinion, didn't add much, except to create unnecessary distractions. On the other hand, the service was excellent. Overall, the experience was still very good: we thoroughly enjoyed it!

03/05/2026: Maison Lameloise was a simply extraordinary experience from start to finish. Every dish was a marvel, meticulously crafted and surprising with its elegance, balance, and flavor. From the first bite to the last, everything was impeccable, with truly exceptional quality. The service was perfect: attentive, professional, and always discreet, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. Even the wine we chose was exceptional, pairing beautifully with the dishes and enhancing every flavor. A truly exquisite, refined, and unforgettable experience, starting with the mousse bouche, each one better than the last. One dish I was thrilled with was the shrimp, which we added to the chef's menu. I was also delighted with the lagostine. The fish with asparagus was excellent and cooked to perfection, and it continued like this until the last dish. For me, it was an exceptional experience.

15/06/2026: Had a very nice meal here .Despite being a very busy Sunday the staff accommodated us .The food on offer is traditional French with the classics available . Awe both very much enjoyed our dishes .The cheese board had a great selection.

31/05/2026: We came with friends for Mother's Day lunch. Authentic and made with heart. That's what we love. Welcoming staff, the chef even came to the dining room to check if everything was alright. We absolutely loved the set menu: quiche bourguignon with potatoes or fish with potatoes, and for dessert, a strawberry mille-feuille. We ate incredibly well. It was simple, certainly, but truly authentic and made with love, and we could see it in every bite. We'll definitely be back. Why not for a traditional afternoon tea with Burgundy cheese?

20/05/2026: What a lovely experience. The Bavette with fries was delicious, the service super friendly, and the prices reasonable. We hadn't made a reservation, so the options were a bit limited. If you don't want to take any risks, it's best to make a reservation.

The owner is a true connoisseur (even an expert) of wines; you can trust him completely, you absolutely won't be disappointed (and that's coming from a wine lover 😉). Having dined at several gourmet restaurants in and around Mâcon, I can attest to this being the best, without hesitation. 19/05/2026: The young waiter was lovely to us; he was very friendly and attentive to his customers. The manager's welcome could be improved. But we will gladly return to be served by this kind young man. The food was excellent, no complaints whatsoever.

31/05/2026: We spent two nights at the end of May at the Château de Besseuil. It was simply enchanting. The superior double room in the annex that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered consisted mainly of high-quality, local products. We also dined at the restaurant La Table de Besseuil, located at the entrance to the château. The setting is superb, and the cuisine is refined. The chef uses local and seasonal produce. The wine pairing recommended to us was perfect. This dinner was a delight for both our palates and our eyes. Moreover, the hotel and restaurant staff are very professional and pleasant. Special mention goes to Lana, who looked after us during dinner. The swimming pool was also very welcome during the hot weather.

It felt like being cooked for by good friends. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. We were disappointed that it was closed on our second day. We will definitely plan another visit. Highly recommended!
