08/09/2026: A truly wonderful place. The seven-course meal, with wine pairings, was absolutely delicious from start to finish, including a cheese platter that offered a culinary journey through France. The setting is calm and charming. We will definitely return.

29/08/2026: Our expectations were high after reading the reviews. It actually disappointed us a bit. Although the dishes looked beautiful. First of all, we had to wait half an hour before the hostess gave us the menu and asked if we wanted an aperitif. A drink earlier would have been nice, as you could then enjoy it at your leisure before the starter. We both ordered the lunch menu. One fish dish and one duck dish. My friend also ordered a wine pairing. The gazpacho was unique and very flavorful. The duck was overcooked and not medium rare as ordered. The fish was a sea bass gravadlax?? In a shrimp sauce. Only the salty taste of the fish remained, which was overpowered by the sauce. Unfortunately. The dessert lacked flavor. A real letdown was the wine pairing: 3 glasses of wine for €30. 6 ml per glass. That is really just a tiny amount. The wines were not well-chosen to complement the dishes. The crémeux with the dessert in particular (which he only received after asking for it) was far too sour to go with the sweet dessert. When we pointed this out to the hostess when settling the bill, she immediately went on the defensive. Not very professional. So the intention is there, but the execution leaves something to be desired.

27/09/2026: We had a lovely family evening celebrating a wedding anniversary, where a private room was reserved for us (a real plus with children). We enjoyed a wonderful time together, sharing delicious, high-quality food. The welcome was warm and friendly. The manager, who also handled the service, and the chef were particularly kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had visited a few years ago and we will definitely be back. A great place that we highly recommend. 😊

12/09/2026: Le Bouzeron is a very good restaurant. Everything is homemade, and the cuisine is creative. The decor is refined, and the wine list is perfect. It's not quite a 5-star restaurant because it's missing that little something extra. A touch of color in the decor would liven it up, and the flavors in the kitchen could be enhanced. This doesn't detract from the wonderful time we had.

18/10/2026: Strange experience. People who arrived well after us were served well before us; I think the nice waitress had forgotten to send the order. It finally arrived, and that's when I saw that the cheddar lover burger didn't match the menu description at all. In fact, we were told it was a burger cut in half, nestled in a nice layer of melted cheddar. There were barely any cheddar on the menu. For €25, it's a shame. Don't post any pictures; we'll be less disappointed. So, it was alright, but disappointing. It's worth noting that the waitress who forgot to send the order was very kind and pleasant, unlike her tattooed colleague who was absolutely unpleasant. I know this job is difficult, but when you're this fed up, you should change careers. The restaurant business is about welcoming and taking care of your customers, not about telling everyone to get lost for no reason. (As a restaurant owner myself, I know what I'm talking about)
