20/07/2026: I arrived there at approximately 8:45 pm and then they made me sit for 10 minutes before informing me that the kitchen was already closed, even though the restaurant was supposed to be open until 9 pm.

19/07/2026: Warmly welcomed with respect, the food was delicious, there was a good selection, and the servers were very friendly and helpful. The service was convenient and the decor was fantastic—a 60s vibe with beautiful Elvis Presley vinyl and a jukebox. Thank you so much! 👍

04/06/2026: INCREDIBLE 😍 A refined and flavorful meal in a calm and elegant setting, served by highly professional and discreet staff. The owner is a true connoisseur (even an expert) of wines; you can trust him completely, you absolutely won't be disappointed (and that's coming from a wine lover 😉). Having dined at several gourmet restaurants in and around Mâcon, I can attest to this being the best, without hesitation. It's IMPOSSIBLE to be disappointed 👍 Thank you, Yannick (the owner), for your kindness and your countless tips and information about the excellent wines of the region. We'll be back for another delicious meal very soon.

31/08/2026: While the place is very well-maintained and the food is quite good, the wait between ordering and receiving the food is interminable. The various dining areas are so crowded that the resulting noise is very disruptive.

10/08/2026: The owner (I think) sends us away from an empty terrace, only to seat other people at the same table. Then we are told that everything inside is full as well. Very friendly 😂 They sell crepes, but their attitude towards tourists is crap too.

31/05/2026: We spent two nights at the end of May at the Château de Besseuil. It was simply enchanting. The superior double room in the annex that we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast offered consisted mainly of high-quality, local products. We also dined at the restaurant La Table de Besseuil, located at the entrance to the château. The setting is superb, and the cuisine is refined. The chef uses local and seasonal produce. The wine pairing recommended to us was perfect. This dinner was a delight for both our palates and our eyes. Moreover, the hotel and restaurant staff are very professional and pleasant. Special mention goes to Lana, who looked after us during dinner. The swimming pool was also very welcome during the hot weather.

23/08/2026: Shared a normal salad and each had an entree. Proportions of that as a midday meal on a long drive were perfect. It was absolutely delicious traditional French cooking. The hostess was amazing. Very welcoming and gracious (we were overtired on a long drive). We'll remember to stop by on future drives through. I would give more stars if I could!

19/08/2026: We had lunch there; the welcome was very pleasant, the service excellent, and the food was delicious at a more than reasonable price. Virginie is very cheerful and friendly, and the portions were very generous. Excellent bistro.

25/08/2026: After three years without returning to this place, I'll say the same thing I did the first time we came: it's a very good experience. The staff are friendly and pleasant. The food is very good. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.
