Eaten the next day and no difference from being freshly made. The only slight drawback was the baguettes bought in the afternoon, whose crust was a little soft.

In addition, the menu is homemade from appetizer to dessert, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. It's a restaurant I highly recommend.

We also had a delightful time enjoying a unique and delicious evening menu: two-salmon terrine, chicken with Vin Jaune sauce and morels, and apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything is homemade. Authentic service and cuisine, a good local wine, and to top it all off, a genuine conversation with the owner's family. We highly recommend this establishment to both visitors and locals who are lucky enough to have Mont Blanc nearby!
