18/04/2025: We entered the place thinking it would be your average mountain restaurant. Place was messy with bad music but we didn't think much of it. There wasn't one free table, which was fine, so we sat on a mound, not disturbing or harming anyone. We got our sandwiches out as we were going to buy some drinks thinking it would be fine as we would've given them business, and there was no signs saying we couldn't do this. Not even two seconds after getting them out a very rude man charged over to us and started shouting at us in french, very rudely. Told us to get away even though we were about to order drinks, and it's not even our fault that there isnt any tables to spare. Sat outside the restaurant with our sandwiches and sat by our skis whilst being rudely stared at. Terrible experience and i had to convince my dad not to bash the man's jaw in because he was being a right idiot. Not the first time this has happened looking at other reviews. 0/10 DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS!!!

25/01/2026: Fantastic find in Tignes 2100. Nondescript on the outside, great cost atmosphere inside in the bar (sofas etc) and restaurant. Food superb - perfectly cooked veal chop on the bone, gratin potatoes; other dishes included duck parmentier. Bar person and lady of the house who served us v friendly. Wine good value also.

18/01/2026: We loved this place! Great drinks made even better when you get a brilliant espresso martini on happy hour for 10 Euros! Super cosy atmosphere and brilliant service. The food was delicious and suitably indulgent. Highly recommend!

06/04/2025: First the negative things: I think the only negative in that I gets quite warm inside. Positive things: The raclette was really delicious,the charcuterie as well and the menu had many different options, including a child-menu. The staff was really lovely too. They also have a bar with a terrace upstairs, which uses the raclette cheese if unfinished!

23/03/2025: First time to have dinner here and we had the most wonderful, locally authentic meal. Onion soup and Pierrade au Boeuf, the meat was simply delicious. Service was excellent and friendly, atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend.

06/03/2026: A very nice hotel in a beautiful village. We slept in a room with bunk beds, which wasn't very practical if you get up during the night. The bathroom was okay, except for the sink, which was too big to wash your face with because the faucet was too large. And the room was very small; it's really just for sleeping, a dormitory. We ate at the restaurant, which was a bit pricey for what it was, but acceptable. The real downside was at breakfast. You have the choice between the €15 buffet or a coffee or something else from the menu. My husband and I don't eat breakfast, but my daughter wanted to have breakfast at the buffet. The woman made it clear that if we didn't choose the buffet, we would have to stay on the other side of the room and leave my 12-year-old daughter to fend for herself in case we tried to steal a croissant. I found that very inappropriate. Apart from that, the rest of the staff was very good.

09/03/2026: Very disappointed with the service and the dish I chose. €18 for the Montaplan salad, which was more like a green salad and very sparsely filled, is outrageous. The cocktail wasn't good either. The ravioli seemed more decent in terms of value for money. One of the waitresses was neither smiling nor pleasant. It was disconcerting. The atmosphere with the DJ was very good.

It's in the top 3 best restaurants in the Maurienne Valley, boasts a wine list worth exploring, and the food is superb – a truly high-quality restaurant. The hotel is ideally located and the staff are very friendly. 👍

22/09/2025: This place is a little gem! The stopover package is great: minimalist room but very comfortable bedding, balcony, thoughtful little touches. The evening meal was delicious and the breakfast just as much: Valérie is a perfect hostess and Philippe takes care of delighting our taste buds, can't wait to go back :)
