18/04/2024: Decoration redone for the Bar part since 2021 (less cocoon and fun). Clientele too international and poorly educated. Rooms identical to 2021 but very good in practical comfort and space. Restaurant service lacking flexibility. Ski Set inside and very professional staff, very flexible and adaptable to the situations of each skier unlike restaurants. Comfortable room but bathroom smelling musty because the hotel chose pretty floor tiles that retain humidity. Ideal location. Impeccable reception service and concierge. The hotel has its own parking lot. Not cheap (Val Thorens!) but very practical.

15/04/2024: This is an amazing hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are good but not cleaned properly. You have to ask for things like water, tea bags, dusty. We were a big group of vegans and vegetarians. At first reading the reviews we were disappointed to book the hotel as they were not good for restaurants. We spoke to the managers for both the restuarant and they went out of their way to make us delicious vegan food. We had small kids and they took care of their dietary requirements. Staff are excellent with amazing service. We are planning to go back next year.

26/08/2024: Top vacation with 2 children. Apartment very well located. However, I cook a lot and found the kitchen poorly laid out and poorly equipped. Especially given the size of the apartment and if we are organizing a dinner with friends. In addition, the terrace, which is great, unfortunately has a table smaller than the dryer and despite 4 chairs, we will not be able to dine on it for 4 people. But otherwise the team at reception is great and very responsive, the apartment is close to the central square of Arcs 1800. Only the coast will require breathing to get back. Great indoor pool, great SPA service.

24/08/2024: Very warm welcome and a stay that met our expectations. The swimming pool and waking up with the view of the Mont Blanc massif amazed young and old. To do again!

16/12/2024: Beautiful terrace in the sun in front of the mountains. Expensive for what was offered. Correct quantities but average palate pleasure.

08/08/2024: Magnificent panorama, we ate very well in an idyllic setting, ideal after a good hike. Very friendly welcome and good value for money.

07/09/2024: I went to this bistro a few times in the morning for a coffee with friends, but this time, I went there in the evening, around 6 p.m., to taste a few beers, my favorite for Brussels white beer, really. refreshing and full of flavor. The atmosphere is always so warm, and the owners are very friendly. Whether for a quick coffee or a beer with friends, it's a nice place to relax.

01/08/2024: Réticents après avoir lu des avis relativement négatifs, même si nous avions déjà fréquenté cette auberge il y a plusieurs années, nous y avons passé un très bon moment sous la fraîcheur des arbres et parasols. Les salades composées sont copieuses et délicieuses (du menu randonneur) et la serveuse ainsi que le serveur étaient très agréables et prévenants. Les tarifs sont dans la norme, raisonnables pour le cadre et la situation de monopole. Petit détail mais qui en dit souvent long, les toilettes sont impeccables.

16/07/2024: Attention pas de CB, chèque ou espèce seulement ! nous avons déjeuné dehors dans le jardin , un très beau cadre, un accueil sympathique. nous avons pris la salade du randonneur , belle salade et bien garnie avec tarte au beaufort, charcuterie , diot polente: grosse déception polente liquide , non cuite rien à voir avec le plat traditionnel Savoyard. tarte aux myrtilles moyenne, sans goût... dommage.

04/05/2024: The terrace is in a nice spot on the slopes. They have a small takeaway hut for paninis and the like. The prices at this hut are good, but you do get mediocre food. A chicken panini is a panini with chicken nuggets. But for a quick stopover it's fine. The restaurant, on the other hand, was really bad. Several things were already gone and the price for a bit of normal food is very high. 19 euros for an easy pasta is not necessary and does not make sense. 24 euros for a simple chicken burger is also ridiculously expensive. In addition, the staff forgets to take your order again. This meant we had to wait three times. They are also not aware in advance of what is no longer there. This makes it take even longer.

23/03/2024: Since the quality of the nearby tracks is not very favorable due to the melting, few people turned onto it, there were many places waiting for us on a terrace that could be accessed quite dangerously, and an extremely nice waitress. The stairs don't have a handrail, but instead have a slope...

08/08/2024: Nous aurions voulu mettre 3,5/5 mais cebetait pas possible... Restaurant bien situé au coeur de la station. Excellente raclette, salade et pommes de terre a volonté cependant aurait mérité plus de charcuterie. Le fromage est excellent. L'appareil à raclette est vétuste et outre un réglage nécessiterait un changement radical. Peu de place sur la table. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander une desserte pour poser l'appareil.

21/07/2024: L'endroit parfait pour une excellente et authentique raclette entre amis ou en famille. Un repas de qualité, une équipe très professionnelle et très attentive !

11/09/2024: I like this place because I only drink tea and there's some good ones there!!! 'fine to my taste... even if I destabilized the nice waiter a little with my request for brewed at room temperature ;-) We like to have breakfast when we arrive, a few snack drinks or aperitifs in this central location.

18/08/2024: Prime terrace to drink a cup of coffee in the sun or eat a simple Crepe.
