06/09/2026: Very welcoming, holiday village atmosphere, the staff are incredibly friendly, the galettes are generous and the pizzas are excellent, I highly recommend it!! Superb, I didn't even finish my generous galette, well done!

08/08/2026: Had a delicious meal! Friendly and welcoming service, very warm people. It was fantastic (and have an ice cream sundae for dessert)!

15/09/2026: Overrated is an understatement. The food is terrible. They serve you two stale rolls, as if they were from yesterday, and one pastry. It's like a meager hotel breakfast. Then there were only two princesses, the same ones you can book a meeting with later. They come by the table once and that's it. The price is not justified.

09/09/2026: Having eaten at The Regal View, I was completely disappointed by the service. No smiles, just complaining staff. The food was very average. The pâté en croûte and meat were not worthy of the restaurant's price. Thankfully, the princesses and Mickey Mouse redeemed the experience somewhat. Disappointed 😞

24/08/2026: We ordered catering for a family gathering. The quality of the food, the quantity, the selection—everything was perfect. We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

24/08/2026: Tasteless food, and the person serving the fish was wearing a light blue shirt, etc. I told her I found the tuna steak very small, and she replied, "We're not at the maternity ward here." Then my son had a breaded fish with a plate full of frying oil. When he went to ask for a different plate, he was met with a grimace and then a comment, "Some people are in the wrong restaurant here." The staff were not at all pleasant or serious, except at the till.

08/08/2026: The vehicle registration service is a disgrace and completely unprofessional! Avoid it at all costs. On the Strasbourg road in Haguenau, the work was done in 10 minutes and was very professional.

24/08/2026: Very disappointed by the waiter's attitude and lack of consideration. I usually come here around 1 p.m. for a quick coffee during my 30-minute break. I sat down and waited for a waiter to take my order. Several customers who arrived after me were served, so I thought he might simply not have seen me. He finally came, I ordered a coffee… and then I waited some more. Other customers who arrived after me were, once again, served while no one was taking my order. After about 30 minutes of waiting, I went to see the waiter to point out the situation. His response was: "Oh yes, the coffee, I'm coming." When I pointed out that several customers had been served before me, he replied: "It's fine, we're not going to argue over a coffee." I find this way of responding particularly inappropriate. It wasn't the coffee itself that was the problem, but the lack of attention, the fact that I was intentionally or unintentionally ignored for 30 minutes, and especially the way my comment was received. To prevent the situation from escalating, I decided to leave. Frankly, I find this behavior very disrespectful and particularly disappointing, especially in an establishment I used to frequent.

01/09/2026: Having been regulars for years at the Golf restaurant for lunch, we were delighted with the quality, the preparation of the dishes, the service, and the exceptional setting. Yesterday, the golfer's menu was dreadful! The crispy Brie with unseasoned salad and rancid walnuts was a terrible start to the meal! The pork spider steaks were tough, covered in an overly salty barbecue sauce that probably came from a can. The fries were cold and tasteless! The rum and raisin sundaes (we're still looking for them) with three pieces of caramelized banana and lukewarm Chantilly cream were left unfinished! A huge disappointment, therefore, since the change of chef, who seems to confuse a cafeteria with a restaurant in such a place! Please, Mr. Manager, choose a chef worthy of your establishment! 15/09/2026: It had been a very long time since I'd tasted the pastries from La Maison Cassée, and I must admit that the products are excellent. Congratulations to the pastry chefs who master this light and flavorful croissant, and this apple turnover where the puff pastry remains the centerpiece...it's very difficult to find the equivalent among competitors. Thank you.

29/04/2026: The rooms are spacious and modern, but be aware that not everyone sleeps in the castle. The Italian restaurant is very good.

16/09/2026: The bread is very good, but the service ruins everything. The saleswoman (a brunette with her hair tied back, between 50 and 60 years old) is incredibly dishonest, refuses to admit her mistakes, and completely lacks any business sense. It's a shame about the products, but such an attitude makes me have no desire to return.

12/09/2026: Cafe near Disney. They have a lot of food and drinks, but the food quality leaves much to be desired…we ordered a juice and it had two flies in it.

19/06/2026: A convenient restaurant for a quick break near the highway. The service was adequate and the stop is practical for a short trip. However, the overall experience was rather average and some aspects could be improved.

14/06/2026: Despite the crowds (probably because they serve the best croque-monsieur and oat milk lattes, not to mention the delicious Nutella and banana crepe and… excellent pastries 😋🥰🥰🥰 that are worth the wait), the young, smiling, dynamic, and attentive team is supervised by an extremely kind and caring manager. I highly recommend it.
