01/09/2024: I tested it in the evening. Way too expensive for the quality of the food. They look like frozen meals. The desserts are very average. Average service. Only the view is nice, but only if you are placed on the first line (otherwise tables are in front of you and there is no interest). 100€ per person with 2 glasses of wine. Brief. Ugh.

28/07/2024: After 2 visits, the croissants are still burnt, the gentleman who served me on July 28 was not very pleasant, unlike the young girl who served me on the morning of July 27 (a blonde). This one was very pleasant and smiling!

27/09/2024: Je m y suis rendu ce jour avec une amie pour prendre un petit goûter .. je suis outré de voir un établissement avec autant de saleté l endroit est juste crade!! Les employées des jeunes qui se tournent les pousses et prennent à peine notre commande en étant limité blasé d être là ! Inadmissible.. de plus pas de serviettes ni de sucres ni de touillettes à disposition .. je demande du sucre la jeune femme le montre à peine du doigt ou se trouve les sucres mais manque de pots c était tt vide! Bref les tables Degeulasses je parle même pas des sols.. j aurai pu comprendre si elles étaient débordés par la foule ou par le travail mais il n y avais personne ! Elles auraient pu utiliser ce temps libre à faire un petit brin de ménage .. je déconseille fortement cette endroit

22/09/2024: I am a guest of Oceania Roissy hotel & wanted to have a light dinner at Nautilus restaurant which is right there by the hotel. That night it was raining to go anywhere far. When I arrived at around 9:15 pm, there were about 10 empty tables at the restaurant, but they said they were fully booked. Mind you, the restaurant works till 10 pm! They didn’t suggest any other options either. Poor customer service that’s for sure!

20/06/2024: Our group participated in the paid open stage (€5 per person...it's not free but that's okay I can understand for a room of this size). We pay and sign a contract. It's time to look at the menu and there isn't a drink for less than €9?! (AND €9 for 33cl of Beer!!! A big joke). Rather cooled, I pass my turn and ask for a glass of tap water. End of evening, time to pay! 8€ A GLASS OF WATER!!! No, but it's a joke! A real trap, yes, with the added bonus of the boss's black gaze. If you are strong and want to have an average evening, go for it, but otherwise don't even go through the door, you might not come out unscathed...

19/07/2024: Half decent hotel. Stayed there for work. Restaurant/bar was really good, excellent selection for breakfast and had a great buffet on a night for dinner. Very clean. However, the room I stayed in was unclean. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. They were stained with god knows what and had dark stains all over the carpet. I couldn’t walk on it without shoes on it! Room is standard. Small beds, with kettle, tea, coffee and sugars and milks. Bathroom half decent. Had a hair dryer and a bath/shower. Shower was a bit complicated to figure out but once it was figured out everything was fine. Just the floor was absolutely disgusting! If that wasn’t the case the hotel would have been spot on for me but the carpet really let it down.
